My mother in law went to get her car cleaned here on someone’s recommendation. She came back in floods of tears, as the chap taking the money seemed rather aggressive and annoyed as my mother in law is disabled and hard of hearing. Such a shame as years ago my husband used them weekly in his way to work. My Mum in law is such a sweetheart and it upsets me to think people can be so rude in this customer facing role. Never will go again, and will make sure everyone knows of this . Shame on you to treat a customer this way

My go to always for a valet and car wash. Very thorough and lovely staff!

Poor.. had car washed there several times, never perfect but ok. On this occasion they used the power washer so close to my car to remove bird crap,it took the lacquer off the paint. Noticed after I had been in the supermarket. Went straight back and the “boss” came out.. Said it was because the car was RED so if you have a red car don’t go! Said he would check the cameras and get back to me? 2 days later I rang him. Told me cameras showed nothing wrong with how it was washed( the answer I expected to be given) told him my dash camera was also recording during that time and will be sending it to insurance company! Don’t use them is my advice!

Had a very pleasant experience, the guys were all polite and welcoming. I had a mini Valet service, everything looks and smells amazing. The birds had got my car good 😤, and most of it has come off with this valet service, with a few little areas showing the spots still, but honestly I don’t think these are easy to get off without damaging the surface. So I rate the job perfectly done. Appreciate the service and cleanliness level. And they leave a very cute little gift in the car :)

Wish I could give minus stars!! REALLY grumpy staff, especially the older guy. Car wash - nothing special. Wouldn't go again, as good customer service is important! Looks like I'm not the only one disappointed, and *clearly* the management don't care about their customers 🤭

paid £15 for a v decent car wash (outside only). their staff was professional and quick; with no queue the whole thing is done in under 5min. i live in BN1 and it’s worth driving out of my way because i can no long find good service at a decent price in town anymore.

Unfortunately older man was quite aggressive with the instructions, he pointed at it aggressively when one mistake was made. They never actually spoke to me to explain instructions, and started it before checking which is a safety error on their part. Poor customer service, very disappointed and won't come again. They really should think about how they treat customers. Not worth the £15. The sad thing is, I was going to give them a big tip!

Paid 15 pounds for killer plus, car still dirty, and no air freshener. 😑

Yaz is a legend down at the car wash , clear visible signs showing to remove aerials if needed. Never caused me any trouble
