Been going there since it opened very friendly crew that do a first class job inside and out you can pick your level by car size I have a wash and dry always looks great and very speedy or you can leave your vehicle they also do trucks

Used this car wash for the first time and it will be the last!! The guy washing my car was miserable and appeared to not really care. Paid for a wash and wax, absolutely terrible. Not polished properly and more surface scratches than I had before which is probably due to them dropping the polishing cloth on the floor and re-using it! Yep, saw it happen. Will be using Silva Valet from now on as he provides a wash and wax on my own drive and the finish is beautiful.

Took my partners car here nearly a year ago, boot wasn’t cleaned. Took mine today, got told it would be £40 for in & out on a small Vauxhall Adam. I asked him to do his best for £30 as that’s all I had on me, he said no worries. I came back to find he wasn’t there & another man told me it was £40, I gave him £30 told him what I’d been told & drove off. Got to tesco & looked in my car, should have looked before I left but I didn’t want the arguments so just left. The back of my car hadn’t been hoovered & my boot was left untouched. So unhappy, will NEVER go back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Worst car wash I have used in my live.

To avoid excessive pricing, I took my Vauxhall Mokka to Queen’s Way hand car wash today. I had only the exterior cleaned, and the cost was £15.

Paid £45 today and I could have done a better job myself! Sweets still left on the floor, not vacuumed in certain places. Smears over the windows and mirrors. Do not go here I’m so upset by such a big amount of money on such a terrible job.

Paid 45 pounds and he only vacumed and washed the car from out. Not recomend this place to any one. It was a waste even the car was not vacumed properly. Never go to this place.

Very bad service.i paid £40 inside n outside car.outside the clean nicely but inside my car they didn’t done properly clean.if there is zero star option i will definitely give.sry to this review but bad service.

A fast and efficient service with friendly staff. They did a great job on a quick car wash for me. Next time I will try the full valet service

Very bad experience with them. I'm very disappointed. Looks like they saw one girl, and said ..."she don't understand, we will not spend so much time with this car". I will definitely not go there again. Advice: check before you go under the mats, and under your seats, because they didn't check it for sure. More than £20 for a rubbish job!

Zero stars, they charged my partner’s daughter £80… then stole half a tank of fuel from the car… absolute thieves!!!!

One of my customers was sick on my passenger seat and it got everywhere both inside and out. I explained to the workers where needed cleaning and they got bang on it! I paid £50 and I’m more then happy. Thank you

I got back to the car & it was still dirty. They washed it again but still there was bits of dirt & debris on the car but I couldn't be bothered to complain further. When I got home a d went to put stuff back in the boot I realised they hadn't vacuumed in there, which was supposed to be included. Not a good service... Beware
