I washed my car yesterday and they sprayed strong illegal chemicals all over the car and let permanent marks into the windows! WORKERS NOT WEARING UNIFORMS ( and The guy in charge just Disgusting) it looks like gypsy hand car wash, not recommended

Fast prompt and thorough in one sentence. I did not book an appointment, just ringed him on a Saturday afternoon and drove in to his car wash in 10 mins. They washed and dried the car within 15 mins and job done. Would visit again.

I should have trusted the reviews. Pulled in and asked the man "Is it possible to have just a quick one?" and he said "A quick what?" Well a car wash, obviously. Not a very nice guy. Anyway he said it would be £12, but cash only. I said I didn't have any cash and he said they have no card machine. I said "Oh, your reviews say you accept cards?" and he said "No, sorry." Fine by me, Sainsbury's jet wash was 4 quid.

Great friendly team. Able to pay with card which was ideal! My car hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time! Came back like a new car, definitely recommend.

Good all round Service

They cleaned my Audi A3 inside and out, and it was absolutely filthy when I dropped it off - not washed since June and full of mud and dog hair. They did a fantastic job. It’s the cleanest it’s been in years and it smells great too. It only took about 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced at £25. I’d used another car wash before, but I’ll be coming here from now on. Thank you, Chris Carwash. Top job.

Would not recommend. Huge area of paint missing from my car after the wash. They didn’t even mention it. When questioned, they showed me a photo on their phone of the damage supposedly already being there…eventhough the time of the photo was 3 minutes after I had left it with them.

Oh dear, how things have deteriorated. Hand Car Washes can be a mixed bag so when I found this one a year or so ago I thought I had gotten lucky. It seemed legit and after months and months of taking my car here and getting a great job, I returned today to see a new team of people who as it turns out, did a fairly awful job. The car was still filthy afterwards. I mentioned to one of the guys who attempted to do it again and granted it had improved, but when I got home I noticed the alloys he had attempted to clean were still quite dirty. The seagull dropping stains on the soft-top were still there (it's Brighton - a common problem that in the past was solved here), and the general streaks on the body work were still evident. Not sure what to say. Mistakes happen and it is not the end of the world but as someone who also often works many hours in lower paid jobs I understand how tough this kind of work can be; yet I expected more. A car wash in my time poor life is one of few luxuries so it was a shame that this time everyone involved just seem to find at all a bother in the chats we had after the fact. It might depend on who you get (and the responses to other poor reviews alarmingly read as vitriolic which seems odd), however for me, I will unlikely return. Sorry folks! Update - the clapback which seems fairly common from this lot, came swiftly. Hmm, not a nice one I think.
