Took it to SB motors for numerous issues that had developed over the past few weeks and they were nothing short of incredible. Taylor & Shaun were really great, made my first garage experience as stress free as possible, explained everything clearly without being patronising or condescending, and allowed me time to make a decision on what I wanted to do in regards to the fixes needed. *Thoroughly* recommend SB Motors to anyone who needs help with their vehicle and will continue to sing their praises to everyone I know. Went in with with what I thought was a problem (turned out to be nothing) but they spent time reviewing everything and getting to the bottom of things and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Nicest service I've had at a garage tbh

SB Motors in Hove is outstanding. It’s the only place I would trust with my car, after years of going to many others in Sussex. Today I popped in to book an appointment and mentioned my son had damaged our control panel whilst having a sensory meltdown. He asked if it was ok to have a quick look and in under a minute, the control panel was fixed. I couldn’t believe it! Bearing in mind, Toyota had quoted us £980 to fix it. SB Motors are genuinely good people who fix your car with a polite manner and excellent knowledge and workmanship. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

Great garage. We have our car serviced and MOTed there for 6 years now and they are always happy to help out and advice in between the annual appointments. We have an old car and never feel overcharged. Quite the the opposite. Lovely bunch of guys working there.

I have been using SB Motors for many years and cannot fault them. Their service is always so friendly, comprehensive, great value for money & accommodating. I recently took my car to S B Motors Hove LLP Service and MOT Centre for a full car service, air conditioning service, MOT, and some additional repair work, and I had a very positive experience. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, and Shaun was absolutely fantastic. He was honest, polite, and very professional throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated the MOT service — they helped me a lot with it, even though they didn’t have to. Their honesty and communication were excellent. They contacted me before carrying out any extra work and clearly explained the problem before charging anything. It’s not easy to find a garage that is this transparent and trustworthy. The service was quick, efficient, and done to a very high standard. Shaun is a legend and a real credit to the business. I would give them 100 stars, but unfortunately Google only allows 5 stars. If you are looking for honest and great service, this garage is the one. Highly recommended!

Just had my second MOT (and air con charge) with SB Motors and I cannot fault them at all. They're always very friendly, explain everything thoroughly on the phone and not at all condescending when I ask questions to understand the works. I would highly recommend and am relieved I've found a local, reliable garage.

I can’t recommend SB Motors Hove highly enough. They somehow manage to keep my very old (and often unreliable!) Audi on the road, which feels like a small miracle in itself. The whole team are great, friendly, honest, and always happy to help. They take the time to explain what’s needed, never make you feel rushed, and you really get the sense they care about doing the job properly. Reliable service, good communication, and genuinely nice people. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I'll start this by saying I'm only just learning to drive and know nothing about any of this so my partner found them and spoke to them for me. These guys were fantastic and although my car failed terribly (it's old as im learning to drive in it) I got the flu the same day my partner dropped it off and had to travel for work. These absolute gents really helped me out by letting me leave the car with them for the weekend and a couple of days before it so my partner could get it when she came back. They were kind and patient and explained everything to me over the phone, they even explained how I get view my cars MOT history online as I didn't know. I whole heartedly recommend this business and will go back as soon as I get a new car to learn in. Thank you to everyone that helped me out and have wish them all the best

Taylor & The Team are absolutely excellent with their service and communication. Their attention to detail in spotting any concerns with the car was outstanding. Since no issues were found, I was able to drop my car off in the morning and have it returned by the afternoon—hassle-free!.

Took my SLK into SB Motors with a cylinder number 1 misfire issue. They kept me informed on the investigation into the issue and the cost to fix it. They resolved the issue the same day for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
