HURST PIT STOP CAR WASH

Rubbish. They used to be decent but the last three times I’ve been they’ve tried overcharging me for the wrong size of car and done a really half assed job. Left dust and debris all through the car, smears on the hard surfaces and dirt in all the cupholders. This is despite paying for the premium tier cleaning.

Incredibly helpful blokes, get work done when they say it will be done. Even dropped my car off home when finished!

Just picked up a car from the garage next door and briefly parked on the forecourt. Owner(?) of car wash had parked a car blocking access to garage, and was annoyed by the inconvenience of being politely asked if he could move said car. The car wash had also been using customer vehicles parked at the garage as drying racks. Owner was aggressive and rude when we were leaving, shouting that I had run over his hose pipes (didn't get anywhere near), when I asked why he was shouting, he replied "What are you going to do, hey?" gesturing, hitting his chest like a gorilla, as if he was trying to threaten?... even the employees looked at him as if he had lost his mind. Very confused. Garage informed he's been treating their customer's property as his own.

Great car wash service. Fast and efficient. Only wait was to get as it was so busy! Definitely recommend.

Amazing service!! My car was a total mess after being left on the drive, with a leaky seal for 5 weeks. Its is now gleaming and smellls fabulous after a Platinum Valet. Its a quick 10 min walk to the village for a mooch and come back to collect. Thank you!!!

First time customer with a car in great need of a clean after many muddy outings this winter. The friendly chaps did a good job of outside and in for £27, which seemed like a fair price for their efforts. Really good.

Very pleased with the service at Hurst pit stop car wash. My car was between the two smallest sizes, so they only charged me for the smaller car price! Great job and friendly staff.

After a 2-day drive from southern Germany, through France, and up from the tunnel terminal in Folkestone, my car was unrecognisable. Half the mud in France coated the body and rims! The friendly and efficient folks at Hurst Pit Stop pressure washed and wiped it down in under 15 minutes and voila! my car was back to its old self. Not bad for £14!

I recently visited Hurst Pit Stop Car Wash and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. They offered a variety of wash packages to suit different needs, and I opted for the premium wash, which included both interior and exterior cleaning. The exterior wash was excellent—the car came out looking spotless, with a brilliant shine. The tires and rims were cleaned thoroughly, and the wax application really made a difference in the overall finish. I was equally impressed with the interior detailing. The team did a fantastic job vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring that all areas, including cup holders and door panels, were spotless. One of the things I appreciated most was the attention to detail. The staff took their time to ensure every nook and cranny was addressed, but the process was still quick enough that I wasn’t left waiting too long. The waiting area was clean and comfortable as well, with free coffee and a few magazines to pass the time. Overall, exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s clear that they care about both their customers and the quality of their work. Highly recommend!
