car wash damaged my car's aerial, went to the cashier who said sorry but there is nothing he can do, he then ran back out to my car being rude saying it's not their fault etc. Spoke to the HQ and they are not taking any liability whatsoever. Edit: Stop with your cooperative responses and act as if you wish to resolve the problems, I have been back and forth contacting shell hq for over 6 months, you guys stand strong and accepted no liability whatsoever.

The worst car wash ever be careful . Don't clean and cause more mess

Came here on 8 Nov. Only one charger so I had to wait as I had virtually no charge. Was pulling a trailer, so was difficult to manoeuvre into the bay but the cable was just long enough that I did not have to unhitch, which was a bonus, as that would have been tricky. Once in though, charging was quick and easy.

This only relates to Adblue. Google says this garage has a pump but thats inaccurate. They don't. And 10L of Adblue is £40.

Friendly staff. I have the loyalty app and when I went in last time, I received £3 off my fuel

I was 7 miles away from home yesterday when one of my pedals broke off my bicycle and I was no longer able to cycle it. I popped into this Shell for help and the girl at the counter was able to find some scrap metal that I was able to bend into a makeshift pedal to get home. Thanks to her I was able to get home in 30 mins instead of multiple hours, thank you.

Dilo helped me alot to install the shell go plus app and register even in the slow network connection ,she managed to connect to WiFi and reinstalled the app and registered me in . Good customer service i give her10/10 .

Stopped off at Shell in Hove near Goldstone retail park for some petrol. When I went in to pay for my fuel a lovely lady called Shafra (I think) greeted me and was super lovely. She told me about the Shell App and that I could get money off in the future, aside from that, she chatted with me and we got to know a bit about each other. Truly going that extra mile in customer service!!

Great petrol station, highly recommend great fuels petrol or diesel.

Very expensive petrol 139.9! I have seen the response but this is still very expensive local petrol station to me are 132p.. I just didn't have enough left in the tank to get to it.. yes this may be an "independent Shell station" but why are they ripping people off...it is Shell branded so Shell should be in control and not hiding behind that it may be independent but that shouldn't make any difference....

Car wash is supposedly "out of order" 80% of the time. They keep it off so there's less work for them!!Surely there must be an area manager to supervise??

Water went up my exhaust and now it’s caused a lot of damage and money to repair!!

Used the EV charger, very fast but a rip off! Ridiculously expensive for an EV charger, costed me £38 for ~40 KWh!!!

The electric charging stations at this Shell station have not been operational in months. It's one of the few in the area and Shell haven't yet done anything to fix this. Please do! It's odd to state on your website "Shell aims to become a global leader in electric vehicle charging, meeting customer needs at home, at work or on the road." When no maintenance for public electric chargers in the area has been prioritised. Brighton and Hove is a key tourist town in the summer, many people want to use this service Shell.

Forget the car wash. It is rarely working and they should just shut it down. Wish other Petrol Stations had car washes. This Shell one does not care.

No queue. Quick and easy to refuel

Car wash is rubbish. Multiple areas missed, biggest being half the rear door and bumper 🙁 Also the air machine was incorrect by a couple of PSI, as verified by in car pressure check, but the attendant couldn't do anything because the they don't own the machine 🤦🏼‍♀️Went to another garage and their machine worked fine.
