First and last time. The car was handed back with lots of dirty bits. I had to ask whether the boot had actually been done. I also had change in the car which wasn't there upon my return. I asked about the change and they said they hadn't taken anything and proceeded to hand me over the £5 I had tipped before getting the car back. I went from there to the vacuum cleaner in Sainsbury's and did it myself. Disappointing.

First of all, it was an excellent car wash, all done in 35 minutes. I had a Gold wash, which included wax. Reason for not 5* was twofold - I had looked online beforehand and sized my Volvo XC40 by height, width and length and it was group 3. He insisted it was group 4 pricing so an extra £5. Also later, I found one of my USB cables had been moved into the central compartment, no sign of the other, so £6 on Amazon to replace it.

Never visit this place, missing my sunglasses and my friend could not find his perfume bottle after the car wash done there They haven't cleaned my car well.

I’ve used this car wash for years on a monthly basis. Recently taken over, I still used it. Always great service, polite staff. However, my most recent experience wasn’t good at all. My daughters apple AirPods were in the middle console when I dropped the car off to do my shopping in Sainsbury’s, but were not there after. I’ve spoken with the chap in charge about this but no solution. No proof of anything but go figure!

One of the best car washes I have used , very friendly kind and experienced in what they do if I could give more stars i would…. I highly recommend using 👌🏽
