Hand Car Wash and Valeting Centre

Really disappointed in our latest clean. We were charged £50 even though we opted for the option which was £40 for the size of our car. The guy said it would be more as we had bird poo on the car but he would make it pristine. The car was not pristine, there was still bird poo on the windscreen and marks on the doors and the inside was not fully hoovered. We decided not to complain and just head home. A couple of hours later I get a notification on one of my banking apps to say my card has been declined - someone trying to use it in Tesco - and my card is missing. On the way to the car wash my daughter was taking my cards out of my purse in the car, we thought we had picked them all up again before leaving the car at the car wash but clearly we had left one in the car and someone at the car wash pocketed it and tried to use it. The card in question was definitely in my purse on the way to the car wash and is no longer there and I didn't take it out of my pocket in between so there's no other explanation for the missing card. We won't be coming back.

Not as good as it used to be. £50 in and out and there’s still dust/dirt inside with a few areas looking like they weren’t even hoovered. Dirt on the lower doors and alloys not clean. If you want a job doing properly, you may as well do it yourself.

Previously I was assured by the owner that he details the soft tops for many car dealers. I paid £50 for a full valet internal and external plus the soft top. I made it clear I was not happy with the results and I was still charged the extra £20 for the soft top. Given this is a tiny mini convertible £50 for these results is a complete rip off.

When I got back home, I could see more than 15 areas of mud patches still, along with the low back of my car, which hadn’t even been touched. They’ve lost a regular customer for that reason. Important: If you want just 2/3 of your car washed for a whopping £15, then this is the place for you!

Warning ⚠️ Stay clear or regret later! You can remove my "fake" review as long as you want and keep calling others users review same, my one will be back forever to warn others! You employ shady people for sure every time they get nicked by police and customs (yeah news spreads fast lol) you plant new ones from same shelf. You have damaged my car! Paint comes of whole body of my car! offered my wife 20£ for damages, are you for real?! You're lucky i wasn't there to knock your head off! Ps. If someone's sees it, be warn spending money there just keeps this money laundering place alive!

Gone downhill. Prices now well over “Posh Wash” at Winnall. No attention to detail. Did not do inside of doors. No tyre shine. Bodywork only given a cursory wipe. Polished car myself when I got home. That’s my last visit.

A real shame, completely gone down hill. Price increase to £15. No attention to detail, didn’t do the inside of the doors nor tyre shine which is quoted in the price. Plus incessantly urged to pay by cash. Sorry guys, not coming back.

Overall, a decent clean. However, I expected better for a £35 "special mini valet", it lacked attention to detail. The service was very quick and on this case it clearly showed here.

BEWARE - They siphon fuel!!! I went there today having just put some fuel in - I always set the trip. Took my car to get it cleaned to come back with the fuel light on with the trip only showing my trip too and from their car wash. BEWARE

Amazing clean - like a new car and super close to gorgeous pub
