Paid £50 for an inside and outside wash and honestly I’m shocked at how poor the service was for that price. The pricing feels completely made up on the spot. £50 is outrageous for the quality of work received. The outside of the vehicle was acceptable, but the inside was a really shoddy job. There was still dust, grit, wet marks and blotches left throughout the interior, and the hoovering was barely done properly at all. They didn’t even leave an air freshener afterwards. For the amount they charge, I expected a professional finish, not something I could’ve done better myself in half an hour. It’s no surprise the place is usually empty, which is a shame because I drive past every day and would happily have used them weekly if the prices were reasonable and the quality matched the cost. Instead, for the sake of charging over the top in the short term, they’ve lost a regular long-term customer.

Unfortunately, this car wash damaged one of my wing mirrors + glass using commercial pressure washers, and then proceeded (in a follow-up email from the Director) to claim that "there is no evidence that Posh Wash had committed any damage to my vehicle." This is despite the attendant admitting on the day that he made a mistake, apologising immediately after the wash. Not to mention, I had a witness with me, and there is CCTV footage of the incident. It is very disappointing, as I was once a satisfied customer. Update - see attached I have attached a screenshot of the email reply from the Director, as I thought it was a very "amusing" way to deal with legitimate customer problems. Many other reviewers have noted similar experiences, and identical anonymous defensive/aggressive replies can be seen across their Google reviews publicly. Use at your own risk—everything is good until something gets damaged or goes wrong.

Great car wash service! The team did an excellent job — my car looks spotless inside and out. Friendly staff, quick service, and good attention to detail. Highly recommend!

1st time was excellent, 2nd and 3rd times the wheels weren't done very well. Have so far paid £13, then £16 and today it was £17, same car each time 🤷

Only my 2nd time using these guys & gals. 1st time was fab, 2nd time was ok, wheels weren't as clean as they could of been but they were really busy & its so cold, I'm just happy I didn't have to clean my own van. I will be going regularly now because I'm too lazy to do it myself.

Disappointed! After a long wait and after reading amazing reviews POSH has left me feeling disappointed! Although they were busy you are paying for a decent car wash and interior clean which was not delivered! I had to point out areas to the team which they had missed and even after driving away I noticed more on my car that they had missed. Would not recommend

Perhaps I was unlucky as it was busy but a poor job on 30 Dec. Left the car wet and drying then watched me dry it. I won’t be back.

Car wash has always been very good with kind staff. One of the staff accidentally slipped and dented my car and the owner paid promptly for a professional repair of the damage at the local bodyshop.

Can't fault them for a £10 car wash. Really good value compared to other places that I have been to. Can always take a quick walk to the winchester cafe if you wanted to wait round the corner or take a seat and watch from their deck.

First time car wash by hand as didn't want an automatic drive through one. It needed hooving and a good dusting. £35 for outside and inside. Quick and car looks and smells cleaner. Will go back when it needs doing again. Can't fault this company.
