Terrible service first tried to change me £45 for Honda Jazz claiming its a large car. We agreed £35 which is still to much. What's worse is This morning my daughter put her pocket money in the glove box while I was driving and I forgot to take it out. Got back to the car and it was gone. This is actually the 2nd time money has been stolen from my glove box from here. Know I should have learnt the first time but just forgot and not the point. Plus screen is filthy. Please avoid if you dont want your belongings stolen

**response to reply** Absolute lies the car was not covered in mud, nor is the paintwork in a bad state. I don’t know how you think you would know this as there is probably no record as the 1 person that was there offered me a better deal if I paid cash. I suggest you contact me directly for a refund if you are going to blatantly lie. Going on other reviews it’s a common theme, as I have said in the original review. Avoid this place at all costs. ————————//////-/// Paid for a platinum service, not cleaned to a good standard at all. Only one person there cleaning and rushing through. Asked if he had polished when collecting and he said he would do it, walked around random areas spraying and wiping. After looking thoroughly very low standard clean and missed a lot of areas. Will not be returning, avoid.

Clean was ok but for £35 I would have expected better. Im also baffled as to how there was their own rubbish in the car, despite me removing my own?

An excellent clean for £10 - they did some extra work on spots for us at no extra cost…

Car left with inter, on return car battery was flat and my wife and 2 daughters felt threatened and pressured to pay £35 for the pleasure. It was evident they had no idea how to deal with a hybrid car. Security staff and RAC contacted to resolve the situation. Will never recommend this company to anyone ..

Went there once and never again, asked for the standard £10 outside wash, when I came back, the guy wanted £30. Started shouting and other workers ganged up on me demanding more money. Sounds like I'm not the only one this has happened to.
