Northgate place Car wash

Used to be really good for the price before COVID but now they have new staff they don't clean as well particularly the inside of the car. They missed loads of areas inside my car which should have been hoovered or wiped clean. I had to hoover my car myself afterwards.

I don't recommend them. They scratched my cousin's leather interior recently.

Twice I’ve been here and it’s been a bad job everytime there was dust everywhere and crumbs left around the gearstick and front side of the car. The interior was still filthy especially when I opened the boot looked like they couldn’t be bothered not going back very unsatisfied!

Worst car wash in crawley last 2 times didn’t clean my car properly. Seats still had crumbs on yesterday. And also had this strange yellow line running down my car which looks like some liquid they used. Never going back here again. They don’t use air freshener, or even give you one. They’re cleaning product are very very weak, they don’t smell of anything so you don’t have that clean car smell after you’ve been here. They don’t clean the smears off the windows properly. They have these two kids working there who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. There is one woman who does a great job and one son, the others are lazy!

It’s become a very bad service and poor, two weeks in row my car wash not wash properly at all, they just flash the water 💦 then shop liquids then wipe it, not checking the car,the owner of the car wash need to behave more politely with his Customer, they increased the price but services is gone down.not happy at all.

Was charged £20 when it clearly stated £18? I was on my own and I hate confrontation

These guys always do a really good job and really cheap too. I really missed using this car wash during lockdown, I was so happy when they re-opened. Much better than certain other car wash places in Crawley. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and good service. Inexpensive as well. Recommended place in Crawley. But nowadays they are not doing as before. Disappointed during last two visit.

Been coming for while paid £25 for scratches on my sat nav screen and car still dirty inside i was only person there. Now I got scratches on screen and car also dirty all for £25.

I took my car there expecting a proper wash, but the service was very disappointing. Not only was the car not cleaned properly, but my main glass also ended up with scratches. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and care. It seems like they don’t have proper knowledge or experience in handling cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
