Waves Hand Car Wash Stretford

Price moved from £16 to £14 when I was about to get back in my car having been quoted £16 for a wash which is double what I normally pay. How many other people do they over quote and get away with it. For the price the car still wasn't cleaned as well as it could be..... BEWARE just because they're based in Tesco don't assume good value for money. I'll never go there again.

Had my car cleaned inside and out and it's never looks so clean before. It smells amazing too. I forgot what a clean car looked like. Will definitely be back and recommend to people 👌

3 times now I’ve driven to this car wash. Never in what’d be considered “peak” time. Most recently arrived just before 9am to try and be first. Literally every time was told it was a 1 hour 45 minute wait. Is this just their usual line? I drove 10 mins to the Salford branch and they had it done in 45 mins.

Full Monty - poor value. I found a lot of bits of carpets not vac’d, panels not overly clean. It feels like a £30 clean. Plus car heating left on to dry it out, on an already warm day. I’d rather the seats were damp for the drive home vs how long the car had been running to dry it out! Especially with petrol prices right now.

My vehicle is a small car with a 1000cc engine, but I was charged £14 even though the price shown on the sign is £10. Every time I wash my car, the price is different; it seems like the charges are being set arbitrarily.

Horrible As expected . Thinking not to judge from what you see wanted to have a go and asked for wash and go .. £10 . Absolutely horrible system and car not cleaned ( good job didn't ask for full valeting ) I had to go and wash again elsewhere. Wonder how long they will survive . DONT RECOMEND IT !

Overpriced for low skilled cleaners. Missed spots with luck of attention. You can not speak to them as the staff doesn't speak English. the prices are inconclusive when booking via the app. I don't recommend.

Genuinely go here! Don’t go anywhere else, go shopping come back and be amazed. Honest work. Good quality job for a good price. Will only go here from now on.

I really recommend you this place. Let me tell you what happened. By accident I left my 300£ hat in the customer car. When I called the Boss he was so kind and willing to help. Instantly he told me that he will check what happened. After five minutes he called me back and send me the recording. Also he suggested that the hat will be posted the hat to me. He could ignore me because it was my fault. However I was shocked how professional, kind and helpful the owner was. I strongly recommend you this company. For sure you can trust them and if anything happens they will help you .
