Woodgate Car Wash

The worse car wash in Leicester . In 5 min they finished cleaning inside which had not been cleaned properly I drive the car back exactly how I brang it🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

I have taken my car many times to this carwash and always been happy with the service. For the last few weeks I have used my car to take cellar rubbish, garden waste, wood, and loads of similar really dirty stuff to the tip. Bags broke and lots of bits fell into the boot, footwells, between the seats etc. It was disgusting! I swept the very worst bits out and then took it for a clean on Monday. I asked to include a vacuum but the supervisor suggested I should go one step further to have the seats wiped too. He said we'll do a good job so I went with it. I can't believe what a fantastic job they did...even the inside looked like it had just come out of a showroom. I'm so impressed. I hardly write any reviews but this 5 star review is well deserved.

Terrible service paid for number 2 literally walked over the road to the cash machine and came back and they said all done. Inside hadnt been touched mentioned it to themporary manager who cam over and I said they were all standing outside the car with the doors shut when I cam back so how can you cleaned the inside in literally one minute. Inside still dirty.. This was at 10:30am with most bays empty with literally 8 chaps Just standing around. To make it worse when I explained the inside hadn't been touched after I paid £16 he said if you don't like how we clean clean it yourself. The temporary manager is not the main manager, so will be venturing back when is see the main manager. Terrible service. Been going there monthly for about 15 years won't be going back again only to complain to the main boss that his staff that he is paying are standing around in his absence and also about the temporary supervisor.

Most unpolite and inexperienced team, charged us 2£ extra just for card payment

Myjnia szybkiej obsługi - rzeczywiście szybki serwis ale nie idzie za tym jakość. Zapłaciłam 20£ że sprzataniem wnętrza. Mam wrażenie że wyjechałam z wnętrzem samochodu jeszcze bardziej brudnym. Jeżeli sprzątanie to jest tylko spray nabłyszczający nawet nie przetarty to jest to porażka tej firmy. Fotele nie odkurzone, wewnętrzna strona drzwi wciaz brudna . Na pewno tam nie wrócę!

The most sloppy workers, mostly Romanians, work quickly, but the last time I went to them, they broke my rear camera and the paint on my rear bumper fell off. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM......THEY ARE LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND THE REPAIR OF THE BUMPER AND REAR CAMERA WILL COST ME AT LEAST £300!!!!!!DON'T GO THERE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN.......NEVER!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. WILL NOT GO AGAIN. Grumpy stressed Manager. Very unprofessional with his staff. Got out of car, asked for a #3 what is normally £16. He said OK. Came back from shop, wanted to charge me £24, first he said, Big Car, then he said, car very dirty. That's why I'm coming to you mate. Prices with options are clearly on the sign, so don't try to charge me more. Also CASH ONLY 🤔. Guess why? YOU LOST ME AS A MONTHLY CLIENT.

Went early to avoid queueing! Very helpful and friendly. Didn't overcharge despite dog hair in rear footwell & did warn them. (I use a protective cradle to protect the seats)

The car wash doesn't have self-service, but they have enough workers to get the job done fast...

Just had my car wash today and thay damaged it to close with the jet wash and ripped off my mirror cover and broken the clips on it now have get a new one told them and all say is it not there problem and very rude so not be using it any more now as used them for many years 😡🤬🤬

Masakra, nie polecam aż brak słów na jakość mycia i sprzątania. W biegu 5 minut i samochód umyty i posprzątany. Wróciłem do domu i musiałem wszystko poprawiać bo tylko brud rozmazali. Najgorsza myjka w Leicester.

Got my ridiculously dirty car washed here; looks brand new now! Highly recommended, great service
