Ben did an absolutely brilliant job on my car, which had been left very dirty and a total mess after many trips to the tip. I’d left it unused for ages and had noticed a lot of green mess on windows and windscreen wipers. After he’d finished it was positively gleaming inside and out. He was able to offer me many different options of whether I wanted it polished or wiped over and could do variations of the service. A lovely, hard working man and I will definitely be using him again

Absolute legend !! Recently purchased a car and the only thing that let it down was the large amount of scratches and swirls. Due to poor maintenance of the previous owners. Today I’ve received my car back from a full wax and polish. I must say such a quick turn around and nothing but exceptional standards. Would 1000% recommend. Nothing but professionalism. Ben valeted our Toyota CHR this morning. We have just had an extension so there's been dust and all sorts flying around for the last few months and that unfortunately led to the car becoming quite mucky! Within a few hours, Ben has our car looking brand new. Very impressed, will certainly be booking Ben in again soon.

We've used Ben at One Touch for the first time this week . . and I've been instantly impressed. We needed the roof on my Wife’s VW Beetle convertible thoroughly cleaning and re-conditioning, as it had got very green with moss over the past 12 months, and was no longer repelling moisture. Having looked over a few fairly average and unconvincing websites, I was immediately drawn to Ben’s page . . . lots of good customer recommendations, and plenty of supporting text and photos to confirm his attention to detail and focus on Customer Service. I dropped him a line via What’sApp on Sunday morning – and had a thorough and clear reply within an hour to confirm he could help. He took great pains to carefully talk me through his process, and was very open and clear on what he could do / where the problem areas might be – which immediately put my mind at rest that the job was in experienced hands. Before arriving, he gave very clear comms on estimated arrival time – and was on my doorstep this morning at 07:45 to start work, despite the inevitable rush-hour traffic around Derby. He’s just spent 3 hours very carefully and thoroughly extracting bucketloads of green goop and general grime out of the hood – before re-applying fresh fabric protector to seal it. He’s been great with his communication – taking videos as he’s worked to confirm the key stages, and consulting with me to make sure I’ve been happy with each stage of the progress. His work ethic has been spot on – hasn’t even stopped once for a coffee, despite the chilly day. Ben has left the whole car looking super clean and tidy – and the driveway looks like he was never here – a great job done. Based on this really positive first experience, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ben’s work to others. I couldn’t have asked for more, and have every confidence I’ll call One Touch again when our cars next need some special care and attention. Reliable / trustworthy / professional / courteous / hard working.

I am so glad I chose 1 Touch to clean my car. It hadn't had a good wash in at least a year so it felt too much for me to manage. But Ben made a fantastic job of it, I would say he went above and beyond to make sure it was a top quality clean. He went through my options over the phone first and then on the day explained what needed doing, his communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone wanting their car to look like new (even if you have a mud-&-moss-mobile like me!)
