I went there in the evening and employee he was serving one person he charged some one fuel that person only got stuff from the shop she dint evn came with car and she got charged 50 pounds something they trying to rip people off be careful guys!!!!!! and they misbehave with customers no respect uncivilised staff and the store manager as well too much argument with customer needs to teach um lesson they need a good training for that

I payed for Jet wash, but doesnt work. Sign out of use was on wrong side, not visable. I resived e-maile from workers where i should apply refound but i never get it

Got my hands covered in oil and diesel as the pump handle was really dirty. Asked for a wet cloth to clean up and at first they refused. Really poor attitude. I’d sack them. Won’t be going back.

I paid for diesel for my van costing £52.23 I paid using bank card on my phone I watched the authorisation go through on there machine and it confirmed on my phone but as I was driving away they ran out to me saying my payment hadn’t gone through I told them it had and showed them on my phone it had been deducted from my account. They still insisted that they had not got the payment and I had to pay again saying only one payment would go through so I paid again but the payment was taken twice from my account. I waited a couple of days to make sure the transactions were complete but still I had been charged twice for the fuel. I have contacted my card company and they say the same payment has been taken twice from my account and I’ve had to raise a dispute case to try and get my money back that I’m told could take a few months. This is very annoying and I won’t be buying fuel from them again.

Really don't know where to start, to begin with fuel pump nozzle covered in diesel. When mensioned to worker at the till that noozles ar completely covered in diesel an it needs cleaning he responds, yeah surely while talking on the video call... I ask for a wipe to clean fuel of my had., no response as continuous talking on video call. This is absolutely disappointing customer service...

21:16 Thursday evening, lights are on but nobody is there. Doors are locked, tried beeping my horn but nobody there at all. Put some cones out if you’re closed so people don’t waste time pulling in to the forecourt. Pathetic.

The BP fuel station generally provides good service, and I’ve had no issues with fueling up. However, I would avoid the automated car wash as it's quite useless. Additionally, multiple times I lost coins using the water pump for refilling wiper fluid—it took my money but didn't dispense any water. A bit disappointing in that regard. ---

I was there in the evening right at 9:55 pm in order to fill up my tank When i start fuelling it I felt machine is stopping one in a while and meter keep running I make a video to show staff if there is any issue as i Am not professional in it as it is mechanical thing it may be a issue or not i m not sure i went inside there was a person called Karan he was so rude he didn’t even listen and said every machine is working good just pay and go I could have asked for the manager to discuss his bad behaviour but i didn’t because i didn’t have time for this He didn’t even care what i was saying I never said i won’t pay I have enough money to pay them daily but he was so rude and was laughing when i left The worst Customer service I have even dealt with. You should train your staff atleast they should know how to talk with customer. I will not go there ever again.

I went there in the morning and employee went out and shouted,, thats the reason is closed mate!!,, I am not sure what was the reason for closing but if cones were correctly put on the entrance I wouldn’t get there. they always leave cones on the entrance so not sure why the moaning was about. I am not going back there

Ok service station, however their Yodel + drop off service is ALWAYS out of service, ita ridiculous. Im a small business owner and use yodel frequently, other places dont seem to have issues with the service like bp do? Its time to contact yodel or just wirhdraw the service in my opinion.
