Excellent service We took our car to Optimum Detailing not to have it cleaned, but to try to get rid of the smell of air freshener. We had just bought it secondhand and the car dealership had sprayed air freshener all over the inside, which was making me feel sick. And that was after a week of driving around with the windows open. The smell just would not go. Optimum Detailing removed all the smell of air freshener, yay. They also made the car interior quite a lot cleaner, even though it had been valeted before being sold. Alom said they had not done a good job. I am very very happy and Alom is my hero. I can wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Made my 31 year old civic look better than when it came out the factory. Also had a ceramic coating put on so looking forward to seeing how easy it will make maintenance washes. Fantastic service. One very happy customer and will be returning.

Very good place, organised, ​great experience here! They did an awesome job getting all the bugs off the front bumper and the wheels look spotless. The staff was fast, friendly, and they actually took the time to dry the door jambs. Highly recommend if you want a thorough clean.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! I took my car here after it had been through months of daily use, family trips, and general wear and tear it looked tired, the paintwork was dull, and the interior had stains I thought would never come out. From the moment I arrived, the team were friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain exactly what they’d do and what results I could expect. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. When I picked it up, I was honestly shocked it looks brand new! The paint has an amazing shine and depth, all the swirl marks and scratches are gone, the wheels are spotless, and the interior is immaculate: every crevice, seat, and carpet has been deep cleaned and smells fresh. Even the engine bay looks tidy. You can tell they take real pride in their work and pay attention to every little detail. The price was very fair for the quality of work, and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. If you want your car treated properly and brought back to life, this is the place to go. 100% recommend, and I’ll definitely be bringing my car back !

I came in for a interior detail to remove smoke smell from my car. The smell was removed and the inside was cleaned to a very good standard. The owner seemed knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend and would be back for some of his other services
