What a very poor petrol station treated as a criminal because you were trying to fill your cat up screaming at you over a tannoid turn the tannoid down and speak to people nicely. Never a game. Will I use this petrol station?

They treat every customer like a thief, only reason I didn't go elsewhere was because I was on fumes. You'll lose a lot of business, avoid at all costs.

I had a very, very bad experience. That’s the twice time happened. I came with my kids. I came with my family and visit here from last many years always happened this I am very frustrating whenever I came here. Specially, the management and the staff are uneducated and very, very bad. Yusaf and one other ladies and indian guy student work all of them very bad service and staff The first thing they always make drama for the Shell app second thing not giving the access if you’re not giving the access why are you not operating from the window Pay first the door is open come here pay how much you need to pay. We don’t know how much we need fuel. We need full tank if we pay you 50 pound we are direct debit pay by card how you can return the money stupid uneducated staff.

If you want to wash your car don't even bother. Low pressure, equipment damaged, foam pressure so low that it's pointless to use that option. Waste of time and money. Never again.

I've been coming here for about 30 years. Went to fill up this morning and they shouted at me over the tannoy that I had to pay up front. I fill my car up so I'm not exactly sure how much it will cost and I don't appreciate being treated like a thief so I left. I spent £58.77 at a different petrol station. I won't be coming back.

weird thing happened i was going to put the fuel in my car and i saw the worker was trying to call me at the window i went there and i said it to him that i want to fill my tank fully so ill pay after bcz i dont know how much is gonna be but the work said very rudely that give me your id or bank card first (WHICH IS TOTALLT ILLEGAL) and then fill the fuel. Very rude behaviour won't recommend anybody to come here!!!

We came at 10:12 at night the indian guy he was working there gave very bad service and talked very rudely to my husband. My husband said it to him that i want my tunk full and I don’t know how much is gonna be then the worker said it to my husband to give his id or bank card first (Which is totally ILLEGAL) and then go fill the tunk and then come back and pay. such a bad experience for going there!!!!

Fuel station with large shop. Staff are helpful. Has a car wash. Also a small laundrette on site.

This garage consistently provides excellent service, and I have been a loyal customer for many years. I particularly commend their transition from BP to Shell. The staff consistently demonstrates helpfulness and a friendly demeanor. Their pricing remains highly competitive, and the jet wash facility offers exceptional convenience.

Pay before you fill up is crazy, no trust in their customers, I dont know how much it'll take to fill up my tank from day to day, what if i pay to much? ive got to wait 5 to 7 working days for a refund 😅

Fast friendly service and professional staff.

Asked to pay before they would give me fuel, shouted over the tannoy which I found quite embarrassing. Made some people pay before fuelling and some not. Said it was likr that for everyone, asked other people on the forecourt to see if this was the case and they had not paid upfront. Shell, a complaint is coming your way after years of using Shell Vpower, i'm quite disappointed.
