My partner paid £20 for a valet, did a good job on the outside but the inside was still filthy. In and out in 15 minutes, wouldn’t go back!

I take my car here all of the time. The guy who is usually in charge is great, I leave my car with him for 20-30 mins and when I get back it’s sparkling. Unfortunately this time I did not get the same service. There was a different guy in charge, when I turned up and asked for a clean he rolled his eyes at me, which I didn’t appreciate to start with. I asked if I could leave the car with him and he said it would only be 15 mins. I’m not sure how you can clean a car inside and out properly in that time frame. When I got back to my car I gave him £20 and he told me it had gone up to £25 ages ago. I thought that’s funny because I was only here 8 weeks ago and it was £20 then. I don’t mind paying more but I don’t appreciate the arrogant comments. When I got in my car there were still crumbs on my seats and the dash hadn’t been dusted properly, I also didn’t have an air freshener put in there which I usually get. I took the car back to him and told him this. He did go in and dust the dash but there was no sign of a hoover to get rid of the existing crumbs. My mileage had also been zeroed on the dash which made me very wary that someone had driven the car. I have been coming to this garage for 3 years now and I have never had an experience like this. I don’t who the new guy was in charge on this day but I didn’t like his attitude towards me and I certainly don’t think his car cleaning skills or customer service skills are up to scratch.

Quick, efficient, brilliant attention to detail in the mini valet, and great value for money at £15. I've previously paid £25 at "Waves" just down the road for an equivalent service, which takes three times as long (and definitely isn't any better). I'm converted to Global Car Valeting now, thanks!

I took my car to be washed in January and they caused damage to it. I paid for it to be fixed and was promised that I would be paid back. Over £400, I am still waiting for th money. DO NOT USE. 26/06/26 - update, they are con merchants, still waiting for payment from them, time to go legal.

Amazing professionals! The car wash is always clean, and the guys are extremely nice and know their job. The car looks like new after washing and polishing. The service is at the highest level. I will definitely come back again!

Did a very good job cleaning the stubborn stains and marks inside the car. Very quick, affordable and friendly team! Would definitely recommend and will be coming to them regularly!

I'm putting this out to express my disappointment and anger. I went there to wash my van 10:15 2/8/24. I asked for a wash and dry (£17) when its done the man asked for £20. He tried to rip me off by overcharging . The lads were good but the gaffer was dishonest and greedy. I will not use them again

This was the place to go to get a good car wash, not anymore past few times I’ve been I’ve still had dirt stuck to the car and patches they missed, also they washed a patch of lacquer off my paint work, the pressure is far to high, it’s alright if you want your paint work taking off, won’t be using again

Johnny and his team are very kind, lovely, warm and welcoming. I always receive a great wash interior and exterior and I'm always satisfied. I highly recommend Global Car services to family and friends.

Took my Kuga down this morning for the first time. Had it washed and cleaned inside for 20 quid! Just to manage anyone's expectations It wasn't a major valet, but for £20 it was a brilliant job, had no choice but to tip a fiver. No probs recommending the lads there 👍

Incredible service. My car hadn’t been cleaned inside or out for 3 years, full of dog hair, moss and mold and stained seats. They managed to get it back to looking brand new like out of a showroom. 10/10 service.

The team vacuumed inside my car and the boot, polished the whole of the dashboard, wheel and interior, cleaned the windows inside and out and washed the exterior and waxed it in about 20 minutes. I am very pleased with the service provided and it is great value for money. The guys are friendly too. I highly recommend this place 10/10
