They paid great attention to detail both inside and out, and the finish was better than I expected. Quick service, great value for money, and a genuinely welcoming attitude. Would give this zero if I could. Wanted a gold wash….to be told £55? When I queried this was advised that includes a polish. I said I don’t need the polish. Price is now £35?? Gold wash starts at £20. They classed my small SUV as a category 4 - the highest category? Completely disinterested and tried to rip me off. Visited another car wash 5 mins away £20 total for full valet as car is a small SUV! Do not visit here they will rip you off!

Great service and attention to detail

Car needed an interior clean, went here to get inside and out and front 2 seats cleaned for £50. The lads did a great job to be fair the interior now looking and smelling great again

I paid £45 for a mini valet and polish. When I first asked for the price, I thought I heard £35. However, after the service, the staff told me I must have misheard and kept pointing out how clean and shiny the car looked. I felt uncomfortable, so I went ahead and paid the £45. I drive a Ford Focus, but I was told it was classed as a 4x4, which surprised me. Later, I contacted customer service and, after providing my car details, they confirmed the correct price should have been £35. They advised me to speak directly to the franchise to resolve the issue. However, I don’t feel comfortable going back to complain in person, and as a result, I won’t be using their services again.

Absolutely rubbish, may aswell have done it myself with a delivery rag and puddle water. Waste of £26 thanks!
