Great experience from the first call to the handover of the vehicle. Fletch is clearly passionate about what he does and explains what he is going to do very clearly and left me in no doubts re the work to be done. He left the door open for a return at any time and made it clear he will be available to support in future which was reassuring. The car was collected looking amazing and fully valeted which was unexpected and he always greeted you with confidence and left you driving away with complimentary refreshments !!! Fletch was honestly amazing, he fitted our front splitter the same day and went above and beyond for us. From the minute we got there he was super helpful & very welcoming. He even added little details to the car too to make it look nice and clean! You can tell he’s passionate about what he does which is exactly what you need when it comes to your car. Will 100% be back to get more modifications done as per his recommendations. Also, the furry friend in the waiting area is the cutest!! :)

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I wanted the rear T-CROSS lettering replaced with gloss black badges, and the finish is perfect. Everything is lined up precisely and looks like it came from the factory. The work was completed quickly, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was professional. I’ll definitely be returning for any future cosmetic work on my car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Had the best experience with Fletch working in my new car. He laid out a plan that I was comfortable with and broke down everything that I wanted to get done. He was very friendly and open throughout and also let me work in the lobby for a few hours. Riz was also such a nice guy to talk to during my wait and they both made me feel very welcome. Full Maxton Design Body Kit – Cupra Formentor VZ – Fletch’s Customs (Manchester) Thought I’d share my experience in case anyone is looking for a company to fit a Maxton Design kit properly. I’ve known Fletch for years from his Polish & Glow days, so when he launched Fletch’s Customs, I knew I’d be taking my cars to him again. He’s taken everything he was known for and turned it into a proper one-stop vehicle customisation centre. This time I had a full Maxton Design kit fitted to my Cupra Formentor VZ, including the front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and spoiler. The fitment is spot on with excellent panel alignment and factory-quality finish. You can tell they take pride in the work rather than rushing jobs through. Another thing I liked was being able to stay while the work was carried out. They’ve got a proper customer waiting area with comfortable seating plus complimentary tea and coffee, which made the whole experience easy. If you’re after body kit fitting, Maxton Design installation, detailing, wraps, PPF, paint correction or vehicle styling around Manchester, I’d definitely recommend giving Fletch’s Customs a call. I’ll be back for more work soon.

Came down to see the work that we planned for my car. He explained everything in detail and showed me everything that is going to happen, he made sure for definite that I liked everything 100% and made sure it’s was the right ones for me. Made me feel so welcome and looked after me the minute I stepped in. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend if you’re wanting work done on your car.

I messaged Fletchs Customs at around midnight on WhatsApp, not expecting a reply until the next day, but they responded almost immediately. By the following day, they had already sent me multiple design options and made every adjustment I requested. They even offered to come to my workplace to fit the vinyl, which was amazing customer service. I couldn't make that work, so I went to their shop instead. The sticker was fitted straight away, and to my surprise they also polished my car, dressed the tyres, and even vacuumed the interior—all included. The attention to detail and level of service went far beyond what I expected. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking to have any custom work done on your car, these are the people to go to. They really do go the extra mile. 👏

Came across Fletch while getting my tints done and cannot complain with the service. I ended up having a chat with Fletch and booked in my car to get the leather seats restored. Fletch was very flexible with timings and very accommodating, I definitely knew my car was in the right hands. The results speak for themselves and Fletch even threw me in a car wash and waxed it too! Just got a final leather coat to go back in for later but its made a difference already. Not got before pictures but the cream leather colour has definitely uplifted! Highly recommend Fletch!! ⭐

I honestly can’t recommend Fletch Customs enough. They transformed my GLE and made it look even better than I ever expected. The funny thing is, nobody actually recommended I go there. In fact, I was recommended to go somewhere else, but I’m so glad I trusted my gut and went with these lads instead. A massive thank you to Fletch, who recommended the kit and the overall design. He knew exactly what would suit the car, and he absolutely nailed it. Riz is a top lad he did the tints and the finish is spot on – really completes the look. And Ibby is also part of the team who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. He also does everything to do with printing for businesses (signs/leaflets) would definitely recommend him for that. The whole team made me feel appreciated, kept me updated throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about the quality of their work, but these lads definitely do. I’ll 100% be back for anything else I want doing to the car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fletch Customs to anyone. Top-quality work and top-quality people.

But also made the effort on my car to do free stuff and wrapped the front lip on the bumper and inlaid gloss black on my mirrors. Couldn't be happier would definitely recommend this place for that extra mile touch on your car.

Had issues with my air suspension , just happened to be in Trafford and contacted Fletch who asked me to bring it down to check and diagnose. Long story short another mechanic quoted me £700 to change the compressor and leak, it turn out the issue was a disconnected air valve and cost me nowhere near 700. Would highly recommend
