Barely working, 6/10 times it doesnt work at all

This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s becoming unacceptable. The jet wash is repeatedly out of service, and the vacuum machine is just as unreliable. On this occasion, I paid for the vacuum only to find it was not working at all. The machine still accepts payment despite being faulty, which is extremely frustrating and misleading. Customers should not be charged for services that are not functioning. This shows a clear lack of maintenance and proper checks. This needs urgent attention. Machines should either be properly maintained or clearly marked and disabled if out of order — not taking people’s money. Until this is resolved, I would not recommend using these facilities.

Quick and cheap jet wash

The hot foam brush should be replaced with a foam lance instead. The brush is used on wheels and dirt by everyone i see so i strongly suggest only use cold pressure shampoo and rinse off if you are at all about your paintwork. It would be good to see some opening times or notice, the jet wash seems to be sporadically open/closed with random cones in a way with no sign or notice.

Compression always is very low , every time when i come here something is not working, year per year situation here is badly 👎👎

Cheap sometimes means bad and expensive. I used it 12 minutes and the washer charge my account £12. But it is no problem. There was a matte layer of something on my car. I had to go to another car wash.

Is a good jet wash with high pressure, but almost time broken😒

Is a good service, but there are some problems, for example the hoover is blocked with staff and doesn’t work and the time normally is 10 min but last time was only 4 minutes … I don’t understand why. Can be made some improvements but still a good value for this price !
