So disappointed, waited nearly an hour for my car to be washed it wasn’t that busy. The outcome was horrible. Genuinely upset, especially when you pay £26

Great car wash that does a really good job I was very happy with the clean. The only improvement I'd suggest is having a better system for getting cars in and out, as it would make the overall experience even smoother.

I recently took my Lexus here for the Gold Valet service because I expected a thorough interior and exterior clean. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. When I collected the car, I found dirt in many places. Almost everywhere I touched, there was still dust or grime, and it didn't look like the detailed valet I had paid for. I asked the staff what had been cleaned, and I was told everything had been done. However, based on the condition of my car, that was not my experience. I didn't argue with the staff and paid for the service, but I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I chose the Gold Valet because I expected a high standard of cleaning, and unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I recommend Do not use their services.

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My car was cleaned inside and out to an exceptionally high standard—it honestly looked like new again. They didn’t miss a single spot, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality car wash!

Great car wash with friendly staff. I had my VW Golf washed inside and out for £25, and they did a really nice job. They also serve chai for just £2. They kindly gave me a free sample to try, and it was really nice definitely worth having while you wait. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be coming back.

DO not use them. They are the worst ever. not value for money.

Terrible experience! I went in at 9.30am and did not come out until 11am! The inside of my car was not cleaned properly! Dashboard, radio screen, gearbox area was not sprayed or wiped! My car was in before 3 other cars but my car was left and other cars took priority! I am really unhappy and i spent £30 on my car wash "inside" and "outside". Does not matter if you only had 3 staff working! Finish the car you started and finish it properly please! It is a shame because the first time i came here it was great! Second time was terrible!

Great service and they pride themselves with making sure your car looks fantastic. The father and son owners are friendly and makes sure their staff are looked after, especially during the heatwave.

Very disappointed with the service. The car was not cleaned properly, and the sunroof was completely overlooked. When I pointed out several marks that were still visible after the wash, the staff dismissed my concerns and claimed it was just bird droppings instead of properly addressing the issue. A professional car wash should pay attention to detail and take customer feedback seriously. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Went here just over a month ago and asked for a wash and polish, the guy told me they have 2 options and I went for the £50 option, which included a hand polish and they done a very good job. I went again today and asked for the same service but after they washed the car, all they used was detailer, after a bit of back and forth with me saying that's not polish and there worker trying to say it was polish I spoke to someone who seemed like one of the owners. After I tried to explain it to him, he said well you should be happy you underpaid for the service last time, I said this sounds dodgy and he just responded with sarcasm. Don't know where he got his customer service skills but there seriously lacking, clearly doesn't care about repeat business, this is why I'm leaving 1 star which is a shame as they actually do a decent job of cleaning the car.
