Waves Hand Car Wash Barkingside

This is an unusual thing for me. I think this place is great. They did what they said they would in a reasonable time and I paid for the amount asked. Can't fault them at all. Which is why its unusual at least for me. I will give my car to them again.

Ridiculous service provided by the staff. They were extremely rude to us and threatened us not to come back ever. We came today evening around 6:10 pm to wash our car inside and out. They said that the car is dirty and will charge us 30£. We said that all the stickers and tape marks must be removed. The guy who took the car from us agreed to it but after the car was half cleaned other european guys said that it will be charged extra. He was very rude and the worst part was that he threatened us that he will band us. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We were willing to pay them for the car but they said that the removal of stickers would cost extra and this was said in the middle of the cleaning process. Moreover, the mark were easy to be removed. The guy who took the car agreed that it would be done in the given amount. However, they were finishing at 7 they said that this will take time for the stickers. Seems they were just in a hurry. I really wanna request to the operations team that they take some serious action against the barkingside branch staff cause of this is rhetorical way its gonna be you will lose customers. Also, they should be taught how to talk to the customers. Terrible service. I am attaching pictures for proof.

I was very disappointed with the service when I went to collect my car. I paid £55 for a platinum service but what i received was far worse than a basic home car wash done by my 17yrs old son. The tyres were still dirty, there were visible marks left on the body of the car, and the interior was the worst part of all--- clearly not cleaned properly. It felt like very little effort was made overall. I would not recommend this car was unless you are prepared to stand and supervise them while they clean your car. Otherwise don't expect anything close to what you're paying for.

The best car wash in the zone I never met so friendly team like here thank you guys 100% I will come back and recommend it to everyone!

I paid for the most expensive car wash, which took several hours to complete. When I returned, the car battery had died. In total, the situation took over three hours to resolve, and during that time I received a parking charge from Horizon. I appealed the penalty, but it was rejected. I then went to Waves, where they took a photo of the penalty letter and assured me they deal with this regularly. Despite this, the penalty remained active. I was later told there is a terminal inside Tesco where customers must enter their registration to avoid charges, but nobody informed me of this at any point. As the ticket was eventually escalated to debt recovery, I had no choice but to pay to protect my credit file. I don’t understand why premium services are offered if they cannot be completed within the allowed time, and why customers are not told about the need to register their vehicle.

Rubbish absolutely rubbish.i have paid 50£ and they haven’t clean properly inside at all and the wheels like they haven’t touched..

Had the outside of my car washed today but they managed to get the passenger car seat soaked, not ideal for my passenger! They were quite dismissal saying these things happen and suggested they sit on something! I just hope I don't end up with a water stain on the seat.

By far the best car wash around. Alex washes the car as if it’s his own. Well worth every penny.

I had my car washed here on Saturday. When I got back into my car as I was leaving, I noticed that two of the air-vent control pieces on the dashboard had been broken. Unfortunately I was running late for an appointment and couldn’t return at the time. When I later checked the car, the broken pieces were nowhere to be found, which suggests the damage was noticed but not mentioned to me. Accidents can happen, but failing to inform a customer about damage is disappointing and reflects poorly on the business.

They clean the car in and out and always looking fresh and the staff is really keen and helpful
