Complete joke of a company, agreed on a £7.95 fee. Got charged £17.95 on tap and go card. Job not done and they refused to clean it more...just a few pics avoid at all costs. Fraudulent company. Its not a one star but you need to give one to get the message out

Dropped the car off for a gold package at Welwyn Garden City. The guy tried to upsell to diamond or platinum so we went for the diamond. He then continued to try to get us to upgrade to platinum for a further 3 times before giving up. We then came back 3.5 hours later and it hadn’t been done. His excuse was “there were too many cars”, despite him currently working on a car that definitely arrived after us. Clearly he didn’t think it was worth his time. Will avoid in future.

I WISH I had read these reviews before handing my car over to the guys today at the Hatfield Galleria! I opted for the £30 service which was meant to be inside and out cleaned and polish applied. When I can back to the car it looked a right mess. The dashboard hadn't been even dusted let alone cleaned. Half the car still had polish residue all over it. The mirrors weren't cleaned. The windows are all smeary. The wheels haven't been cleaned properly. I mentioned it to the gent that I booked the car in and he grabbed some towels and started going over the car again. His mate also tried to help but after hearing the zip on his coat contact my car multiple times I told them not to bother. To them the car seemed acceptable. To me they may as well not had bothered. I've now had to take it to a different car wash on the way home to complete the job. Zero pride in their work. DO NOT USE. They don't care, they will damage your car and you will waste your money!

Paid £59 for luxury inside and outside clean at the watford Intu car wash company, I had to pay upfront and return an hour later, exactly one hour later I came back, although opted for premium, there was finger prints , the boot was not vacuumed, the inside of the doors were not cleaned! They didn't bother opening the boot to clean either. The guys left before before I returned for my car. Definitely will not be using them again.

Don't waste your money with anything to do with this company. The head office doesn't return complaint emails and the service you receive at the centres hands down worst. NORWICH CENTRE don't clean the inside if your car, they actually made mine worse by spilling a drink, left the back seat completely and front passenger seat, they only did the foot well. AVOID go to the castle mall instead. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Not a great experience in Canterbury, I'm afraid. They refused to do a "gold" standard wash because they had to do it by hand, and the car was dirty! ...so I agreed to a "platinum" standard wash... Then they asked for payment in cash... At the end of it, the windscreen wasn't clean, and something squiffy had happened with the car's infotainment system meaning that it stopped working. Thanks to a Google/YouTube, I managed to find a hidden "Reset" button combination, which thankfully solved my problem. Never known that happen before! I won't be returning!

First red flag was that he tutted in my face when I didn’t opt for the most expensive package. Then, when I paid, he gave me my change which was short by about £2 and he said he didn’t have the rest😂 Didn’t get a sorry or anything! Also got about 10 words out of him throughout the whole process. Completely unprofessional and just a nasty man overall

An overall positive experience. My car was extremely dirty on entry but after around 20 minutes it was almost unrecognisable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean car!

Not reccomended. £30 for the car to be cleaned with a sponge! Could do it my self and saved £30. Was told platinum was the cheapest I could do....

Used the car service in Chapelfield, Norwich. The cost was £34 and when I checked the receipt I’d been charged exactly £39.00 when I returned to query they had gone home! The standard of cleaning was awful, the plastic was still dusty, the rear carpets hadn’t been moved only hoovered around and they hadn’t even hoovered the front seats. The bonnet had marks on and was generally not what I would expect from £34 or £39 on a Nissan Qashqai. Will not use again and only wished I’d read the other reviews before using.

Norwich Chapelfield refused to wash my car because I didn't agree to the more expensive service.

What an absolute disgrace! I just spent £25 at the Watford Atria car wash about an hour ago to find that the car has barely been cleaned on arrival home. I should have checked before I drove off but sadly the shopping centre car park is quite dimly lit. I cannot even begin to express my dismay for the sheer lack of care that went into this job, baring in mind that £25 for a clean inside and out is relatively expensive. I am utterly disappointed.

Such disappointing service at The Howard Centre car wash company - asked 3 times for the basic soap and water option and was not listened to, while being pressured to take the 3rd higher priced option. Finally, the lone male staff stopped his up selling and gave what I was requesting. An ok clean. Had to re-clean my windscreen later, as it was quite streaky and had a strange residue on it that was causing poor vision - goodness knows what was used on it!.

I’ve just been to the site in Welwyn and they have scratched my car in multiple places. I went back and spoke to the person who did it and he was very unhelpful, he would give me the website or his manager. Please can someone get back to me as I’m going to have to pay to get it fixed.

So today I visited the Howard Centre and whilst there thought I would get my car washed. At a cost of £33 I expected far more. To say the work that was done with substandard is an understatement. I was told it was a clean inside and out. The windows and the body work look like they’ve been whipped with a dirty cloth outside unfortunately I couldn’t pick this up on the camera however I did pick up the following. When driving I. The sun I had to pull over and wipe the window because I couldn’t see out of it. Wheels have had the front surface wiped, but that’s it, inside had been hoovered most of the trim had not been wipe clean. Every surface that was wiped has not been wiped in any corners. Dust all over the stereo the dash and the dials and a console. Door cards inside are all filthy. Scammers!!!!!!

Don't call their number. It's a premium rate number and you will be charged.

Welwyn Garden City Howard Centre. Was only offered 1 price for outside £25 or inside and outside £33. When asked why i couldn't have the £11.95 price advertised they said it wasn't working!! How can it not be working when they are cleaning the car by hand??? Fake prices if you ask me!!!

Took my car to Westfield Stratford Car Wash and frankly was so put-off by how put-out (rude) the woman was when I asked to get an exterior wash and wax rather than the whole shebang with extras, for instance £30 to remove dog hair from my shorthaired, non-shedding dog. Takes me 5 mins at home with the hoover. Anyhow, decided not to give them the job and to go back home and take it to my local one. This was not much better. At Intu Chantry Place in Norwich, the manager on duty was blunt and abrasive; short with his words and no smile in sight. I had the silver package. When I returned to my car at the end of the day, I had to finish the wax myself as they had obviously rushed it to go home asap. There were still streaks of wax all over the vehicle which needed buffing in. White streaks on a darker blue car were very noticeable. Looking at the car, they had only washed it down to calf level and the mud and grit was still on the very lower portion of my car, showing it had just been sloppily done. No wonder it is impossible to locate a proper Google reviews page for this business.

I deeply regret ever trusting Car Wash Company with my hard-earned money. I invested £55,000 into their Romford franchise based on promises of support and success, but their practices have proven to be deceitful and fraudulent. From the start, they misrepresented the true costs and obligations of running the franchise. The operational support they promised was almost nonexistent, and their communication was poor. When my company was dissolved due to late filing of accounts, Car Wash Company advised me to set up a new company, claiming this would resolve the issue. Instead, they used this as an opportunity to seize my franchise and kick me out without offering any compensation. In less than two years, I lost my entire investment and was left with nothing. Their actions have left me in serious debt, and I’m now in the middle of an ongoing legal dispute. This company took advantage of my trust, and their unethical practices have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I strongly urge anyone considering working with this company to think twice. Their business model appears to be exploitative, and their promises are empty. I went to the car Wash in gallaria hatfield I paid for the car to be cleaned in and out £25.00 they did not even move the car mats to hoovern so I still had dirt in my car. I had dust on my dash board and they did not clean the windows on the inside so I could still see my child's little finger prints. They also left a residue on the outside of the windscreen. It's no wonder they don't have a proper Google review page. They kept telling me to choose a different package for a good job, but for 25.00 should have completed a good job. They also make you pay in advance, so you are left feeling conned.
