This place used to be good, but not anymore. On my last visit, my car came out looking almost as bad as when it went in, with a few extra smudges added. I asked if they could clean the undersides of the doors, as they used to, and was met with a mix of bemusement and irritation. Won’t be going back.

Rude. Poor service.

First time goer, door edge and hatch edge was not very clean. They did a quick wipe with me sitting in the car. Found another car instead.

Such a bad experience here today. Paid for the top service with a deeper clean of plastic trim interior and it was still so dirty. Also dirty around handles in the exterior. Was charged more than what was advertised on the board for my car also. They don’t like you paying my card apparently, but have a card machine. Won’t be going back.

Went here today and they have done a horrendous job on my car £13 pound later to find a lot of the laquear from the rear bumper removed. Nice respray cost right there, avoid this valet.

The price is fair for the service that's why there is a queue of cars waiting to be washed outside but the quality of the wash is poor.

I’ve had better car washes in a rainstorm. Coming from Reading, I’m used to a proper finish, but this was just "doing it for the sake of doing it." The exterior was barely okay, but the interior was a total crime scene. They completely ignored the mess under the seats—it was like they were afraid to look down there! Lazy work and zero satisfaction. If you want a clean car, keep driving!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! I had a dispute regarding damage to my car after a wash, instead of talking about the situation, the owner chose to shout, swear and throw their arms about in a very angered manor. I was threatened and felt I had to leave the property for my own safety. The owner is an arrogant, rude and greedy man. Apart from the damage to my car, it was not cleaned very well, there were soap marks everywhere and specs of dirt remained after the wash. I was also nearly overcharged for my service. Luckily I checked the card reader before paying and resolved this issue myself. If you want your car cleaned properly, do not go here. They do a very rushed job. Terrible customer service!

Always get my full service done here and every time it’s been perfect thank you guys would definitely recommend!

2nd time terrible job! I gave them the benefit of doubt after the first time and a couple of years later returned back today. It's a quick in and out, they are more concerned about getting the next car in that the car they are working on gets a rush job! I paid £25 for the top tier wash and the boot or matts were not hovered.. the seats weren't cleaned, the gaiter wasn't cleaned, still dirty overall inside.. the exterior wasn't great neither. I'd expect a clean car but that isn't a service they provide. I had to do it myself for an hour when I got home.. it defeats the purpose of going to a car wash!! It's expensive when they don't bother cleaning the car properly.. 5 men doing a lazy job. Never ever again with this place.

A very fast and efficient hand car wash with friendly very hard working staff that make a good job of the basic foam, pressure wash, sponge finish and polish dry and a reasonable price (£13 small cars, £15 SUVs).

Paid 25£ for inside outside and when i asked to wipe the rear window properly he ask to pay 55£ for full walet. Utterly disgusting behaviour and ask me to pay the 25£ and go. Will not go here again and ask all to avoid this place. This guys wont survive much with this kind of customer services.

Came to the tyre place a few shops up from this car wash and the owner was shouting, swearing and threatening to smash faces in all over parking wars that the cars queuing for his car wash were causing! Very money hungry greedy man springs to mind avoid at all costs

Such a poor experience this time around. I have been coming to this car wash for years and I was so disappointed this morning with the lack of care a d my car is not clean to a sufficient standard inside. I had to ask them to re jet wash the outside and the inside was so dirty still but I only noticed as I left as I had my 2yo with me. I don’t think I’ll be going back. Normally there is a lady who does the inside and she’s AMAZING and she wasn’t there 💔 I paid £30!

Too rushed, not enough care. For instance, when I got home I found that there was still a big bird poo on my roof!
