I have had just about the worst example of customer service I've ever experienced this morning. Popped in for petrol and thought I'd treat myself to a car wash, coffee and a scratchcard. Get to the pump, nozzle in the car, waiting for the machine to start, nothing happening. Waiting around for a minute or so and I realise there's no-one at the till, but eventually it starts. I then go in, get myself a coffee and go up to the till and the girl (receipt says I was served by "Op name" Segar?) behind the checkout doesn't even acknowledge me or look up from what she's looking at. I say "No.6, this coffee and can I have a top car wash and a scratchcard please." The girl again doesn't speak to me or look up from what she's looking at for several seconds - I assume she's waiting for a video to finish on her phone because that's the impression I got. Anyway, she serves me and I get my car wash ticket. I then go around to the car wash and the machine is out of order. Fair enough, but I've had enough at this point, so I go back inside and just ask for my money back on the car wash. It's at this point I realise that I didn't even get my scratchcard(!) but thankfully I wasn't charged for that at least. I get my refund after a bit more faffing about so that's good. I don't normally do this but I'm afraid I was so disappointed I did tell her directly that her customer service skills were awful and that she's a terrible employee. I regret being rude, but it just angers me that companies employ people who just don't care. Fair enough, it might "just" be a part time job to you, but if you're paid to provide a service then you should PROVIDE that service - look people in the eye, be polite and don't treat them like they don't matter in the moment. There is absolutely no excuse for sub-standard service. Will not be returning.

I have always been to this store, such a convenient place. All under one roof and such a humble and trained staff. they always are welcoming and listen to whatever you say and always help you with the best they can.

I got full tank and paid £107. then went to pret a manager for coffee and stay there 40 mintes and now got a £100 parking penalty. i will never used this petrol station again. parking restrictions are not claerely visble. i first time used this petrol station & pret a manager cofee shop. whats the point of having pret a manger cafe in there with parking retriction. unbelivebale.

Visited last night around 1AM for car wash. I had knocked the night pay point for a car wash code. Nobody come to there. I still knocked the window over 10 mins nobody care at all. 1* is too much for this station. I'll never go there for petrol or any shopping.

I came in for a car wash, I’d misplaced the ticket with the code for the car wash on it on the way back to the car. I returned back to ask if I could get a replacement ticket, they refused and asked me to pay again. I had asked for a receipt as well as this. They refused. The three guys behind the tills laughed and joked with each other at my expense in front of other customers. It’s quite humiliating. I can understand if it’s not possible to reprint the actual ticket for the car wash however can’t understand why you’d refuse to re print the purchase reciept. I needed this to claim back via expenses. I appreciate that you don’t go to a petrol station for the good customer service however there’s common decency.

they dont maintenance their car wash, after wash water spot all over the car, they should maintenance and use water softener. its horrible

I went to fill up petrol today and the first second I pressed the nozzle to start filling up, the nozzle started clicking and charged me £2 . The manager there Ajun waved and told me it was ok to press nozzle handle again. I filled up my fuel and went to pay inside. I explained the issue to the man who apparently was the manager there and only received sarcasm. He gave me an ultimatum and insisted for me to pay and he would give me the information needed to be reimbursed. I paid, he gave me the receipt and merely pointed at the phone number on it and told me to call it. That wasn’t Helpful and we both knew there was a malfunction with the petrol pump used. He laughed and smiled at me and told me he wouldn’t help me for evidence if I was to call up customer service. The man was very rude and was sarcastic smiling at me. He was an absolute con artist and I do insist that you do not shop at this petrol station. Absolute crook. It was all for £2 but the service and manipulation was absolutely disgusting

BP HAS LEFT THIS LOCATION. ESSO IS NOW OPERATING HERE. THEIR CAR WASH NEVER WORKED. THEY VACUUM NEVER WORKED.

Don’t use the vacuum here it doesn’t work. When we asked the staff to help or refund us they said it wasn’t their problem and there is nothing they can do.

Really nice and clean environment. Staff is very cooperative, especially lady named Alisha. She helped me nicely during my last visit

Came to collect a yodel parcel today that I had received notification had arrived. Thilana who was working today asked me to search for my own parcel in the mounds of parcel left strewn on the floor in a totally insecure manner. My parcel was not there ( clear to see how easy it is to take a parcel not for you with such low security) Thilana then told me that they weren’t paid for the Yodel service and as it wasn’t his parcel it wasn’t his problem. He offered no solutions and was so rude and offensive. He became highly aggressive when I asked how I could retrieve my parcel and commented on the parcels being left in such an unsecured manner. Other customers thankfully were there to prevent him from becoming physically aggressive. Terrible terrible service

Always have the best option for hot and fresh rollovers, And now they introduce the cheeseburger which is the best in taste and served with a variety of sauces as well. Really impressed👍 definitely the best hot food 💯

Avoid from this petrol station, they charged me on tuesday 11th June 24 twice , i used petrol for my van then paid for my petrol £60.75 , first they told me declined so tried to pay with my other card then after afew days double checked they took twice from my account so back to shop but they don't response from their fault they said complain for card machine company that's not fair, This is happend to me for second time in last 2 years , so never ever used this petrol station anymore, Becarefull guys they randomly double charge so they take advantage for that, Anyway I'm going take them to court, that's not fair they doing to people.

Absolutely horrendous no customer service at all. I came to collect my parcel this morning and was left waiting on the side until the assistant served other people who were in the queue behind me. they then couldn’t find the parcel and made me look stupid by asking are u sure you got a message to collect the parcel or maybe u collected already. I gave them the message with the code to scan for parcel collection. Then the assistant went to get another one to look for it/ and they couldn’t find it and said that it’s not here and they can’t give it to me if it’s not here so i need to call yodel because we r not dealing with them. Excuse me ? you are accepting the parcels from yodel and providing the collection service but not dealing with yodel? the assistants were very rude and couldn’t bother finding the parcel or dealing with me made me really upset and angry and i swore at one of them after which he started swearing back at me and showing me his middle finger ????? what kind of conflict resolution or customer service is that ? absolutely disgusting people can’t be bothered to do their job properly . if you can’t be bothered to look for peoples parcels don’t provide the service or blame customers for coming to collect it i am absolutely shocked with the lack of skills this workers presented don’t give a damn about customer service or conflict resolution. i asked to complain to the manager but they refused and they told me to call yodel and deal with them

such horrible and disgusting service.I stayed in the queue for one hour and 10 min that was resulted a parking penalty charge.I was stuck in the queue and couldn't leave.have no choice.And as everyone knows Euro car park is monitoring there and are really greedy.despite the appeal and send them the reason they didn't accept.and after washing car I found a scratch on the door.comes from carwash .and car was full of stains and not clean.I actually paid the platinum ticket which was the best and most expensive.

The most horrible staff in hall BP stations in London ! They are lazy and so rude ! The owner probably sleeping... Also always the car wash doesn't work by coincidence.. And something more about this station.. Late nights when you need fuel you may have to wait 20 minutes for the employee sleeping inside to wake up and you are waiting in the cold for him to serve you.. ***They put the brand to shame.

Complete, Rip off, nothing but "AIR" in the Pumps. Bought £30 fuel here less then a day it was finished. Never buying Fuel here again.
