Park Street Car Wash

They are always trying to ‘upsell’. Today they initially told me it was £20 inside and out. Then a few mins later they told me my car was so dirty that I need to pay £35 and not £20 to clean inside and out. There was a bit of mud on the sill where my shoe had touched the sill on the way in. It gets too tiring to negotiate. I’ll stick to drive-through car washes. I don’t need the headache. 2026 update: Waited three years then tried them again. Guess what? They are still trying to scam people. I have a VW ID3 hatchback. He insisted it was a large car, not medium and wanted to charge me extra. No other car wash in the area behaves like this. Ignore the advertised price on display. He will charge as high as he thinks he will get away with. That was their last chance. Won’t try again.

Price advertising on their price board doesn’t match when comes to payment. When question boss says like this. I would not go back there

Water marks remaining all around car. Inside not cleaned properly with visible dirt remaining.

The attitude & service from this place is absolutely disgusting. My normal car wash is closed so used this place begrudgingly for convenience. Had an issue with them previously for damaging my rear wiper & rightly so they didn’t charge me for the wash & paid for a new wiper blade. Things happen & it was rectified. That was 2 years ago. After that I decided not to use them ever again. When I visited recently the ‘manager’ felt the need to antagonise me saying that he’d remembered me because of that issue. He overcharged me for an extra large vehicle. I drive a Q3. That is a medium vehicle. Because I challenged this he became extremely volatile & irate telling me to never come back. Whilst I had my 5 year old son with me. My son had even said thank you once the clean was finished. I kept shouting for him to leave me alone whilst I was trying to pay but he continued. Absolutely disgusting & the rudest people I have ever come across & they’re supposed to be running a business. They also use dirty materials & smoke whilst cleaning your car with doors open. Avoid. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

The boss of the place is SO SO SO RUDE! BOYCOT this place! 'your not my boss, why you watching' - after driving my car without my permission whilst the hand break was still up. The boss is rude! Do not go to this place!

Not recommended, agree with one price at start and halfway through will complain that too much clean increase cost. After clean you will still find more dirty and rush to pick up other jobs

Really quick and efficient service. As soon as I arrived, they asked what I wanted and got started straight away—no delays. The staff were polite and professional, and the job was done in a short time. Perfect if you’re in a hurry or need a quick turnaround.

It was my first time using this hand car wash. I was looking to sell my car, so wanted it to be presented in its best condition. The team were brilliant. Very attentive to detail and made it look really good (despite it being filthy from muddy boots /dog / full of sand!). No hesitation to return.

I had a full valet done here for just £25 and I’m genuinely impressed! The team is extremely professional, humble, and very skilled at what they do. The quality of their work is outstanding and absolutely worth the price. Don’t waste your money at supermarket car washes — they charge a lot more and don’t come close to the detail these guys put in. These humble lads truly deserve more business. And the cherry on top? They even placed a new air freshener in my car without me asking. Small gesture, but it shows how thoughtful they are. Overall, amazing service! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. 🚗

Top notch service always. It's the same old drill you see every where: a bunch of eastern Europeans grafting insanely hard- freezing in winter or roasting in summer but they get the job done for a very cheap price. ...I sometimes take my 10 yr old daughter when I get my car cleaned and they are always very friendly and polite. ...so don't be tight, give them a tip as they deffo earned it

10/10 very reasonably priced, staff are all very polite and professional. Do a very good job compared to others around. They accept card payments too which is a bonus!

*Very disappointed with the service.* I paid £25 for a in and out car wash at Park Street and it was absolutely not worth the money. The wash was rushed—done in under 15 minutes—and the result was poor. There were smears all over the car and visible dirt left. When I pointed it out, I was told I'd been "driving through flies" hello why was I getting the car cleaned. I was then told “What do you expect for £25?"—which is shocking, considering that £25 is not cheap for a basic wash. Completely unprofessional attitude and terrible value. I won’t be returning.
