Can’t get a can of coke at 23.40, what’s that all about

May26- Staff always friendly. Impressive me. Even late at night. M&S stocked items. Handy when you want to cheat dinner or run out do something

My favourite BP. Fill up the car . Then do a bit of shopping. I grab a coffee and cake. The staff extremely friendly. Coffee very good.

Well organised shop with M&S food and flowers. Handy for a local treat. Petrol is expensive, it's BP after all. Go Costco if you have a membership.

Like the range of items for sale. Pls can you get the car wash working or put up a sign at entry into garage to say it’s not, to save the trouble of cars diverting their routes to specially come here. When will it be open as I use it regularly and it’s good value??

Hands down the most disgusting toilets I’ve ever seen in a garage. Urine everywhere and the stench is unbearable it wafts out of the loo into the main shop floor. This place needs a serious deep clean and better staff training so toilets are checked and cleaned regularly.

Car wash is always broken, it's too much effort for them to put a sign up outside to stop wasting people's time pulling in, parking up and queuing to pay in advance, so here's a review that might save you time. Staff member said it had been broken for months. Shambles.

Come on BP team, if your car wash is closed or not working put a sign or barrier up to stop customers from wasting their time. I waited in store in a long line to pay for a wash. When it was my turn I was told it was closed. My response was that you (kindly) notify the public, it was met with very little care. I have said this once before but no change. It's not difficult. I am being generous with 2 stars.

Absolutely useless experience at this BP garage. I ordered 2 coffees, got charged for 3. Asked for 1 breakfast baguette, charged for 2. And the bacon roll I actually wanted? Never even made it. The staff had no idea what they were doing — confused, disorganized, and clearly not trained properly. It was a complete mess from start to finish. No apology, no care, just constant mistakes and clueless service. It’s not hard to take a basic order, but somehow they still managed to mess up almost every part of it. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Still no hot drinks after 3 months and also no hot food available although on the shelf! Over not working, this garage and wild bean was one that we made sure we stopped at each week on work trips now we make a point to avoid and the wild bean offer is terrible. Very disappointing to see the decline in service.

Get a cheaper full tank here than the local Sainsbury's, despite prices being higher 🤔

Car wash is always broken, really annoying

Conveniently located petrol station with M&S products and a hot drinks counter, disappointingly no hot drinks though.

Good selection of food in the service station.
