Worst experience! Inside and outside 20£ Nothing was cleaned inside except for hovering.

Best car wash I’ve been to. Owner is very particular and makes sure you leave with a perfect job .

Stuff are great and friendly. Good atmosphere. Decent wash and generally gets the job done. The thing is stopping me from giving 5 stars is the lack of attention to detail, the finish is lacking in my opinion. Often would fine surfaces aren’t fully wiped and dried. To be fair if I had not tried other places, wouldn’t have known any better.

Went to Supershine Hand Car Wash in Letchworth today after a bit of a fabric softener accident in my car boot earlier 😂😫 I messaged them beforehand just to check if they could help – and got an almost instant reply! Really happy with the work they did sorting it all out perfectly ✨ Great service today as always – same high standard as my previous visits. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

went to this car wash for the first time today for my van. The people working there was polite lovely people, but when they have lots of cars waiting to be washed, the attention to detail wasnt there, left all my side bars dirty, didnt properly get in the edges to clean, prices was good, just be nice if they gave that extra care and washed the bits they never bothered doing.. 50/50 to come back

DO NOT GO HERE. Well what a shame… first time coming here and easily i will not be returning. £30 for inside and out, outside of the car was spot on but inside is abysmal!!! Complete waste of money

Exceptional car cleaners

Such a poor job. Unfortunately, I only saw how bad it was when I got home as it is dark where they do the "cleaning", otherwise I wouldn't have paid. Never going there again. See pics

Hi everyone I would like to say I have changed my car wash provider to super shine as they have a much better service then my old one 1 they are very polite 2 very thorough 3 much more cheaper 4 better facilities 5 option to pay card or cash, but cash is king 6 I highly recommend super shine car wash

First impressions were great, very professional and personable staff but job half done. Way too quick on the inside, they were done in less than 5 minutes and noticed dust and crumbs leftover on inside and dirt on outside. If it wasn’t so expensive (£25!!!!) I wouldn’t have minded so much but I’ll stick to the cheaper one I originally got to in the future which is way better.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Charged me £25 for a tiny car for inside and out. Spent 2 minutes doing the inside with still having loads of dirt still inside which doesn’t even look like they have done anything. The outside wasn’t even properly done and still dirty. Just avoid this area at all costs and go cheaper with even better results.

Charge me £25 and the car was still dirty the wheels still had dirt on them and inside the car still had dirty floor mats and marks on the dashboard
