Love the car wash

IMO Letchworth used to be consistently good, but lately it’s become very hit and miss. I’ve paid around £20 for a wash on multiple occasions and, despite going through the wash twice with two different cars, they still came out with visible dirt, debris and water spots left behind. The staff are generally polite and the site is convenient, but the quality of the wash no longer seems as reliable as it used to be. For the price being charged, I would expect the car to come out noticeably cleaner without needing a second wash. Hopefully this is just a temporary dip in standards and the consistency improves. Sometimes it feels like the dirt is getting a complimentary ride through the car wash rather than being removed. For £20, that’s a service nobody asked for.

The initial wash felt a bit rushed, especially as there was no queue behind. The actual wash was good. Far better than the drying process, which was disappointing. Pretty much had to dry the whole car when I got home.

I recently used the car wash at IMO Letchworth and was really impressed. The wash did a great job, leaving my car looking clean and shiny. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The service was quick, efficient, and good value for money. Appalling service at the Letchworth IMO. Was sold the most expensive car wash and internal clean but the car was still dirty in lots of places externally and internally, even after pointing this out to the operator! I’ll definitely NOT be using this car wash again.

Don’t waste your time here. Awful customer service. Never been here before and I pulled up and went straight in and didn’t have time to read the signs on the wall. So naturally I drive through the wash as you would normally. The guy shuts off the wash and rages to my window and screams his head off saying DONT DRIVE and bangs on my window?? No calmness or ease in his voice, so aggressive for no reason and disgusting behaviour. I got the ultra HD wash as there was a deal for your first time. It’s the second best wash they have - and it couldn’t even wash off the bird poo on my door. You’re better off at any hand car wash

I visited the Letchworth location recently and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who served me seemed completely uninterested and made very little effort to prewash my car before sending it into the wash. By the time I realised, they were already insisting that I move forward because there were cars behind me, so I didn’t really have a chance to say anything. What made it more frustrating was that I saw them prewashing the car in front of me, and as I was leaving, they were also prewashing the next car going in. It honestly made me feel singled out because of the car I drive. The wash itself was very poor, the back of my car was still filthy afterwards as they didn't use the brush. I didn't have time to complain. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of £10. I won’t be using this location again.

Took my daughter’s car for a mini valet. Went for a short walk and when I got back car was gleaming inside and out! Very good job
