Absolute rip of do not use this company they tell you one price and then charge a completely.differnt price and dont even get out the stains in the seats which is the whole reason i gor it cleaned and then have the cheek to charge £80 when didnt even get stains out and dash disnt even look.like it was cleaned . Save your money you can get a lot better job done for a fraction of the.cost elswhere . And i have the smallest car and could of done a better job myself

Very good carwash good price

I had a very disappointing experience at Wave Car Wash. Can the owner please explain how a Kia Venga is classified under “Volume 3”? I was told I had to pay £35, which honestly feels excessive and unjustified. I’ve been using this car wash for a long time, even with a larger estate car, and I’ve never been charged that much before. It feels inconsistent and unfair. What made things worse was the attitude. When I questioned the price, I was told I could “go wash my car at a jet wash” instead. That response was rude and unprofessional—there’s no need to speak to customers like that. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I’d recommend better pricing transparency and improved customer service.

Overall a good service, team were very attentive and the car looks great. Some details weren't done but I didn't go for "The Full Monty" so that's not a surprise.

Good clean. Second hand car that was pretty dirty in and out. They got it to good standard in an hour not spotless and needed an airing but I'm satisfied.
