Used to come here to get my car cleaned just through the car wash machine and not by hand. They con you and then tell you once you can’t get out of the lane that if you have a big vehicle you can only pay £10 + even though the car wash is a MACHINE and not done by hand. No signs anywhere to state that. They spray your car for all of 3 seconds and then want you to pay for the higher priced programme only…. Different if this was all hand wash it’s NOT ITS A MACHINE! Terrible service won’t be returning!!!

They used to be really good, but recently their prices have gone through the roof, and they've cut back on their service. DO NOT PAY FOR HAND WHEEL WASH, as they don't use a hand brush and bucket anymore. They just quickly jet wash your wheels whilst prewashing your car, and there isn't a wheel brush within the auto wash. I cannot see any actual difference between a medium wash 3, and a top wash 5. Save your money and do wash 3 for £10. Don't bother with the Vac as it doesn't suck properly, in fact one has been taken away. And I see they have a different one now for valets. It seems that the only way to get a really good clean is to pay for a full valet at around £35, then you get decent results, when they finish by hand. It seems like the auto wash machinery is getting old. Lack of investment.

Visited on Sunday 21st June, around 4:30 PM. ​The short guy working there was beyond rude; his customer service skills are nonexistent. He mumbled and grumbled at me, getting visibly irritated when I asked him to repeat what he was saying. He then gestured for me to move my side mirrors, and when I explained they aren't electrical, he huffed, walked around to the driver's side, and aggressively pressed the buttons on my door. He stared around the car as if I were lying or didn't know the features of the car I own and drive every day. ​If you're unhappy working on a Sunday, don't take it out on a paying customer. On a positive note, the other two gentlemen were lovely and did a great job cleaning the car.
