Rip off very expensive £14 for outside wash And the guy didn't wipe it properly as they are using very high pressure water I wouldn't never go again

Took my car to Asda car wash today … held the jet wash too close to the paint work and peeled all the paint off …. No responsibility taken whatsoever and blamed bird poo from the past for damaging it … AVOID THIS PLACE

I had a great experience at the Stevenage Asda Car Wash! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was fast but thorough—my car looked spotless inside and out. They paid attention to the little details, like getting into the crevices of the dashboard and giving the tires a nice shine. Would definitely recommend !

It used to be good there but not any more, maybe its changed hands. They don't take card payments (ooh I wonder why?) as they used to, 'machine broken, yeah well it was broken 2 weeks ago as well... When I parked it my car was still in the same place, they hadn't jet washed it, only did it manually so when I drove it away and saw it in daylight the windows and mirrors were all smeared, took it back to be finished properly but no, I won't be going back. Oh and pay your tax like everyone else.
