Waves Hand Car Wash

Have used Waves before and always been happy with the way my car looked inside and out, but this time really not happy especially after paying £40. Not sure if they know how to move the seats in my car but there was still sand, bits of grass in the back under the fold down seats (7 seat Galaxy). I only noticed while packing the car today to go away. Perhaps i should have checked before i left the place. Update. Revisited 26th April this weekend, last time I go there now, had to get them to wipe the radiator grill and headlight trim as it looked like they were rinsed with dirty water and not wiped dry, wheels were still dirty and had to get them to wipe them again too. At home yesterday had to move the rear seats only to find they hadn't been hoovered inbetween the middle row. Again, I suppose I should have checked the interior but then again I shouldn't have to. So disappointed. Will be on the lookout for another car wash now.

Happy with the quality of the clean, less so with the pricing. I only did the outside, and my car is a Tesla model 3 - pretty normal sized car. A sign indicates the cheapest wash is £10 but doesn’t really make clear what qualifies for that. Luckily I thought to check the price first and was told £15 due to the size of the car, which personally I find a bit odd - never been charged more for my car elsewhere, an SUV I could understand. When it came to pay a different staff member tried to charge £18 until I pointed out I was told £15 by his colleague. Just feels like they’re to rinse you for the most money possible. Will be going back to my regular place instead. Only tried here as they take card. If they had clearer and more consistent pricing I’d consider it more.

After wash all fly still on the front screen and boots, plus they charged me £10for 3 mins hovering.

Worst customer service The car was wash really bad they took belongings from my car, left visible layers of dust and spilled liquid formulas in the car with no apology or cleaning which made my care really stink afterwards and when I complained to the manager he was rude to me and just started yelling at me and my wife in front of our kids as they were coming back from Tesco, and even broke the cars ramp

I recently visited Waves hand Car Wash Tesco Fourm center and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. My car was extremely dirty before I arrived, but after the wash it looked spotless and shiny, almost like it was brand new again.
