Wave Hand Car Wash

12 quid for a mid touring exterior. My car was still wet when they said finished. Done it within 10 mins

Not a good car wash at all. My car was still dirty after they claimed they had cleaned it. Used a dirty brush all over my car and when I asked them not to use it they said they couldn't reach the roof even though I have a saloon! When they were ready for payment they then proceeded to charge me for an extra large 4x4 car. Safe to say I will NEVER be going back there again!

Lone Women…. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! They were making unnecessary comments to female customers. The car isn’t even that clean and they overcharged. Spent more time trying to “flirt” with female customers than actually cleaning. Very creepy. Stay away and stay safe.

£16 for a small car inside and out. Outside was ok but the inside was shoddy and they didn’t even hoover the boot. When I noticed and asked why the owner said it was an extra as it needed to be deep cleaned. He then asked for an extra £9! There was some sand and a couple leaves but they didn’t even try to hoover it. No option to pay by card either - we all know what that means don’t we? Nice smell of weed coming from one of the staff there too. Trust me, do not go here!

I had been using this company for many years they have always charged me £15 for in & out. However today after cleaning my car they wanted £20 because the car was dirty, the outside of the car was a bit dirty but the inside was clean, I will be using Claire Road now! If you are planning on charging your customers more because you think the car is dirty you should agree this before hand before cleaning the car, I have never seen this sign either or have you in several years ever charged me more than £15. With this attitude I have received is disgusting and I will not be using you anymore, therefore I will take my business elsewhere!

Not satisfied, dirt remains though 3-4 guys do together.

They did a pretty good job for a reasonble price. Outside and inside for £16 for my nissan micra. Good customer service.

Had the interior of my car cleaned. Was supposed to be a deep clean was charged extra and ended having to clean again myself. Back of seats not cleaned properly and when addressed with staff, I was told it’s discolouring of the seat and not dirt. My seats are black leather, but arm rest at the back wasn’t pulled out and cleaned and areas like ashtray not cleaned. Boot not hoovered. Will not be returning

I've used Wave 3-4 times now after finding them last year, I'm very happy with their efficiency, friendly service and decent value. Good range of options and fair prices for a city location. I usually have a basic clean inside and out which is all I need, never been disappointed. I'll be back for sure, especially as my kids never clean their own cars! 100% Happy to support these guys.
