Always great service, clean the car well, staff generally friendly. They do tyres too, prices are very competitive. Always busy so be prepared for a wait at peak times.

I’m not too sure about how much outside wash and dry is , I was told it was £7 but ended getting charged £10 . There should be a price board in the front so that no one can cheat the prices .

Do not use this company. Called them to replace a punctured tyre and they left my car unsafe to drive and explained to me that this was normal procedure for this work (i have had two car garages since confirm that this is completely not true and they should not have left my car in this way). It took me 8 hours for them to return my calls the day after where i spoke to someone who was extremely rude, repeatedly shouting at me down the phone and told me it was my fault. In the end i spoke to a different employee (i called a total of 6 different phone numbers) who told me to go to a garage to finish the job and they would not provide compensation.

It's Quite a Place!!!! Not really deserving of even a single star. Appalling service. They ordered the wrong tyres (lower speed rating) even though I repeated the specific size requirement several times on the telephone to avoid this mistake. When I arrived for fitting the owner showed me the tyres, tried to gaslight me that (i) these were the tyres I ordered, even when I reminded him that I repeated the tyre size, load and speed several times on the phone, and (ii) these would be fine for my car. To top it off, the owner was somewhat aggressive when I suggested he return these incorrect tyres and get the correct size/rating. If this is the dramatic performance one has to endure when handing them money for a service, imagine going back to rectify a mistake. Needless to say, I didn't take the tyres. Avoid like the plague!

I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience at this tyre shop. I went in to get a tyre replaced, and while they did change the tyre, they didn’t bother to properly check if everything was in order. When I got home, I noticed there was an issue with the tyre nozzle. I went back the next day, expecting them to fix what should’ve been checked the first time, but instead, they charged me again just to change the nozzle! When I questioned it, they simply said it’s “not their responsibility” to check if the tyre is OK after installation. Seriously? This place is highly expensive, and the customer service is terrible. They clearly don’t care about doing a thorough job or treating customers fairly. I won’t be coming back – and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this shop too.

4 years ago I came here with my ford focus and I saw that they do cheaper tire so I decided to try and they charge you extra for the tire to last longer that what’s they told me and it did not last long then I came for a car wash that time it was £5 for a car wash and they did not clean the hole car once they were done they told me the car is all done then I saw a bit was not washed and they refused to clean the bit they missed some of the staff are friendly and some are rude and on my tire I don’t know what they use but they damaged the part when you remove to change the tire, then 4 years later a gave this place another go got there for 8:55 am for the 9am open so I can get it done they opened at 915 am the man kept me waiting he said I will be with you in a bit and I was thinking why is he taking so long got out of the car and he was sitting on a chair not very professional at all.
