The team at The Supercar Hangout looked after every requirement of our vehicles ceramic coating. Leon sent over all the information to fully explain the process and outcome, Lisa then worked out a very competitive price for the work. On Leon's recommendation we went for the professional 7 year coating and it did not disappoint ! Fantastic result and months later water just continues to fly off. The vehicle has stayed cleaner longer. We choose a hand applied coating rather than the cheaper spray on ones often advertised for less. Well worth paying for this product we went for. Outstanding service at very short notice, on a Sunday!! I spilt petrol in my boot (brand new car) which was horrendous in terms of smell. I googled best Cardiff car valet and P1nk came up, the 5-star reviews are very well deserved in my opinion. Lisa welcomed me (I just turned up this Sunday morning in hope!) and within minutes, Leon was assessing the job. I was offered coffee/ bottled water, and clear options on what could be done. Left the car with him for a few hours, returned to what was an extremely thorough job, with detailed explanation of what had been completed. I saw the advertising board on Penarth Road and went to find out more. After parking up I met with Leon who was adding the finishing touches to a clients car. Here is where the customer service started to shine through, not just a head up and say hi but actually stopped to greet and chat with me regarding my requirements. Then came the the clincher!! I apologised that I did not have a Supercar to which Leon replied "Every Car is a Supercar" With this humbled retort I was instantly a client. In a world where the ability to be human and have empathy have been all but erased, Leon still held onto the "Old School Ways" The car as you can see on the Facebook page images speaks for itself. Simply immaculate, cared for and treated as if it was a Supercar! The service was complimented by a great coffee too. An extra thank you to Lisa for the lift in the P1nk Porsche to save me getting a train in to collect my car.

I wanted a car wash I could feel safe and relaxed at, called into P1NK and spoke to the owners, very welcoming and professional. After explaining some valet options I booked in for a few days later. We waited with the car and was able to relax in there well equipped coffee shop with some hot drinks whilst we waited for the car to be cleaned. The car was brought around for us and looked brand new again... To note the new car scent was just amazing. I purchased a bottle from Leon a few days later to keep in the car it's that good.... Will be back again soon.

Used P1NK Valeting for my 911 on numerous occasions and can't fault them, outstanding finish the 911 came out like a new car everytime. With high end quality products being used you knew your cars paint work was in safe hands. Lisa and Lee made you feel welcome everytime and the Latte was just as good 😋
