I like to share an honest review after using this car wash for over seven years today Sunday, the 3rd of May I popped in for a quick car wash many times. I was asked cash or card. I found this inappropriate as I always pay by cash. there’s a gentleman with a smile. It’s been here for years. I said to him What is the problem? Is you reply? Was no comment and I always give it £1 tip.? I have now ripped up the stamped four washes get one free They are Not the only car wash around, but clearly last for me I have also informed local authorities the police in this matter I know that’s some washes Cloning keyless cars Information provided by police and the Rct To a friend, anyway, people watch out is back to back Two bucket and sponge cheaper, safer and exercise anyway that’s my review thank you

Took my car to Elite Hand CarWash & Valeting today and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks showroom clean, and the staff were polite, efficient, and hardworking. Great service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning.

Been going here for years but not sure if change of ownership but service and attitude appalling. Called in today and wanted charge me more because the car was dusty on the outside. Needless to say won't be going back and had it done up the road no problem

If I could give zero I would. Been going here a few years and all ok until today. Took my car for a wash and mini valet, the man who was washing it said h” how long since last wash”, I told him 2 months and he told me it was far too dirty. Well… yes this is why I come to you as it’s dirty. Skipping on to the inside I was told that would be £30 for hoovering, um, no thanks. Well what about £25, no again I’ll leave it thanks. Avoid this place like the plague, money making scum is all they are. Never Again!

We had our car cleaned here on Saturday, I noticed the guy absolutely soak my window switches. Upon leaving I ask him how’s he going to fix my windows he says it’ll dry out. Today I confront the guy again as all my windows have broken to have him point in my face “you not complain about me my friend” he rips off the door panel and has made the matter worse. I will tell anyone to not take your car there atall!!! They’ll break you car and become aggressive !

DO NOT USE! Sort of did an ok job cleaning the inside of my car. However I insisted on watching them do it as I have had bad experiences before. They soaked a rag, without wringing it out drenched the controls to my windows. All 4 windows now do not work. Don’t really like that they were smoking in the car whilst cleaning it. UPDATE. Went back today and told them that they broke my windows, they ripped the panel off the door, causing even more damage and then repeated the words “you will not make very complain of me” no idea what it means but didn’t really help. Please do not go here

Took my Mini Countryman to Elite Car Wash for a full valet and I’m seriously impressed. The car was absolutely filthy before I took it in, but it came back spotless. I had the seats cleaned as well and the whole interior looks and smells fresh again—not just a quick wipe down, properly done. Outside is just as good. The wheels are shining, bodywork looks great, and they even cleaned underneath the car to get all the road salt off, plus under the engine area—which you don’t usually get. Can’t fault it at all. Proper job and well worth it. Definitely a 5-star service 👍

They are very rude and the work done by them is total rubbish, you can see that in the pictures. I had paid for the mini valet.

The best car wash around! Wish I had more before pictures to show the state of it beforehand! Covered in dog hair and mud. I even hoovered it twice. This guy worked wonders on my car today. Thank you so much! Really appreciate it.
