JDS Detailing

We started following JDS after going to the fantastic open day last year. Fast forward a year and we purchased a super low mileage Hockenheim silver M2 Comp. We met up with James who is one of the nicest guys you could meet and a petrolhead like ourselves. James came up with a plan for the car and so we booked in for a full 5 year ceramic coating, PPF for the front bumper and new PPF for the rear arches. The result was absolutely unbelievable, the car is far better than brand new. We honestly can’t stop staring at it, James has done a phenomenal job! We also want to give a shout out to Gethin who went the extra mile on the machine polishing, we really do appreciate it! James undertook a 5yr ceramic treatment on my S2000 and not only was the end result flawless, so was the service I received. Friendly and approachable, James kept me up to date on progress daily and really made me feel my car was getting expert attention. (Update - James & co have moved to new premises and upped their game again. Make sure to visit!) I've since been back and had my BMW ceramic coated and other maintenance activities performed. Great to see JDS being such a success. I'm lucky he's on my doorstep, but make the time to travel, I felt my car had experienced a factory refresh.

Could not recommend the team at JDS highly enough. They provide a brilliant service and are great guys too. They are clearly passionate about what they do, take pride in their work and take the time to explain everything before and after the job is done. My car is like new again. Recently had my car treated with Lanoguard by James. Very happy with the work carried out and. the condition of my car on its return. James is very knowledgeable and able to advise on a range of products and services to benefit my much loved car, all at my request with no pushy salesmanship ! I received updates throughout the whole procedure and the car was ready in a timely manner as agreed. Overall very reliable and helpful. I will definately use this garage again although I’m not local it was well worth the inconvenience.

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said about JDS Dealing apart from pure perfection 👌 I was totally impressed by James who was not only knowledgeable about the product and the procedure but you could tell her was passionate about it as well. After talking to him I decided to go for The Full Monty, basically everything he had to offer, go big or go home 😆. I dropped off my car for five days and was given regular updates. I thought my car was in good condition but when I picked it up, boy was I wrong because the transformation was incredibly. So would I recommend JDS Dealing, hell yeah 💯 % and more. My experience with the lads at JDS was absolutely spot on, two genuine guys who are very passionate about their work. I gave them a big task of ceramic coating my Snapon tool truck! James & Gethin smashed it, worth every penny investingin the coatings used. 100% recommend!

There are no words to describe just how amazing of a job these guys do. Spoke to James about getting my calipers painted, ended up seeing what these guys do and ended up having a paint correction and a ceramic coating on my X6. These guy's run a small very busy business that only use the best product's out there. Thanks again Chad

Can't recommend JDS detailing enough. I booked my car in for cement/mortar removal that builders next door had gotten over my car. The car looks better now than the day I first bought it. JDS Detailing did an absolutely fantastic job coating the paint on my car. I’m genuinely blown away… it didn’t even look this good when I bought it brand new. The finish is flawless, glossy, and the attention to detail really shows. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! I highly recommend!

Just want to thank the boys at JDS Detailing, from start to finish, picked up my brand new Mercedes Benz A35 AMG, last month, contacted the boys at JDS and wanted some protection and was unsure what I wanted. I was lucky enough to order a new car with a lead time of around 4½ months. After meeting James—who took the time to explain all the packages, PPF options, and even gave me a tour of his studio—I decided to go for the full front PPF and full ceramic treatment (interior, exterior, and wheel package). The delivery date moved slightly, but James was extremely accommodating and even arranged to collect the car straight from the dealership in his bespoke enclosed trailer. Throughout the process, I received regular updates and loads of progress photos, which was a fantastic touch. When I picked the car up last Saturday, all I could say was wow! The finish was absolutely stunning. The service from start to finish was outstanding—professional, flexible, and truly passionate about quality. Highly recommend James and his team for their exceptional work and customer care. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

This is the only place i will trust to leave my car with for cleaning as every car is treated the same and cleaned with the same care and attention, james has proved time and time again why he is the best in this field and deserves the recognition for his work

Fantastic service from James and the team at JDS. The communication was excellent from the outset with all the options available properly explained enabling me to make a fully informed decision about what to choose. Fantastic service from James & Team. The main dealers tried and failed to Ceramic coat. JDS Detailing brought the paintwork and interior to brand new.

James and Gethin really did a great job on my Mazda 3. I had recently bought the car and wanted a complete reset, so went with package 5, plus added coatings such as CSL light and Exo combo (5 year), C1 glass coating, C5 for wheels (5 year) and the interior was all protected with the L1 smart fabric to give some protection of water based stains etc. I also had all alloys powder coated in black chrome, which look next level. The level of service from start to finish was superb. I'm certainly be back for yearly washes to go alongside the Guarantee offered by JDS. If there are any issues etc then this would then be rectified. Will look after the Mazda and upgrade with a few Gtechniq products and new buckets with grit guards.
