Newport Hand Car Wash

I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the car wash; traces of bird droppings and visible stains remained on the vehicle even after the wash. The inner door jambs were not cleaned, and the wheels were merely rinsed with water, without any tire shine applied. The entire service took only about 15 minutes and lacked the finishing touches or meticulous attention to detail one would expect. In Cardiff—where I usually get my car washed—they spend over an hour caring for the vehicle, and the results are far superior. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service I expected, especially considering I had paid for a comprehensive car wash.

10 pound wash has now cost me to pay for scratches to be polished out! Avoid this place!

Very rude staff. I hope a manager sees this review. The car was not cleaned properly and the service was very poor. Some of the workers even complained that this is the UK and not an Eastern European country where people work hard, which I found very unprofessional. It seems they need proper training on how to clean cars and how to treat customers.

Save your money very shit customer service and car was not clean

Repeated negative experiences involving verbal and physical aggression because I dared to point out that the car was not clean, there was water and dirt on it, I was assaulted both verbally and physically (he pushed me into the car, telling me to leave and that I was not welcome in the car wash), and I was reproached that out of 10 pounds, they pay 8 for water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!

Ask to not put asid in the wheels but they did

Always the car is not properly washed,they don t care and use worst products ,BIG NO

Decent, but using multi purpose spray (bleach) on wheels is a no no. Just make sure to tell them no spray on wheels

Stay away! Damaged my car and refused to take any responsibility. Trading standard and Newport council made aware.

Last Sunday I was at this car wash My whole car was scratched..I showed the scratches on my car to the car wash owner, he said that the car was already in that condition and that I should go ...they wash cars with dirty water i don't recommend! if you have an expensive car avoid this car wash

I’ve been here so many times and never been disappointed . They are always polite and got really good prices for the service they provide. I never need it to question the state of cleaning like with other cleaning places and never cleaned myself after them Great place !

Last 2 visits I was disappointed with the dirty water marks on the car , I mentioned this to the one who could speak English, didn’t make any difference at all , when busy they use dirty water from vehicles earlier, needs to change that more often on a busy day
