Shop was well air conditioned and lots of food options for on the go (pizza slices, toasties etc). Car charging was working and there was quite a few spaces. Disabled toilets aren’t suitable for all needs as red cable was frayed and nowhere near reaching the floor.

Always overpriced. I give it a miss.

terrible prices… insanely overpriced like for 1 can of monster and for a single Pepsi max cost me £4.65 which is crazy

Watch out with this specific Shell service station I’ve had them duplicate a payment twice over the last 6 months, I check my transactions at least once a month and have found that despite using contactless payment system which is supposed to be fool proof they have double charged me during the one visit

Helpful staff very polite & as a biker these guys have been great no issues fuelling up with a helmet on, will be a returning customer for sure

Asian girl in there today was miserable, she didn’t say hello, no voice whatsoever during my transaction, not even thank you or good bye. Last time she asked if I wanted a receipt, I told her it’s a business, course I want a receipt, how else can I claim the VAT back. Clearly she’s taken that personal. She holds grudges which is unprofessional, shouldn’t be working in a customer service roll if you don’t know how to greet / treat customers. Poor.

Shell Recharge. Looks lovely. Price is insanely expensive at 99p/kWh and whilst its rated at 350kW. It only gave me 55kW when the 5 other bays were empty and my battery was pre-heated. Ive had just over 100kW before at the shell recharge in Warrington. Which also was cheaper. Edit: The reply is a generic Shell chat link. The person has no idea what I was talking about.

Large shell with a lot of pumps, car wash & air pump. The shop is well stocked with small snacks to ready meals and bits to make a meal. Also has a Costa machine. Always open whenever I'm going past no matter the time

Utter utter actor rip off fuel prices avoid this place like the plague

After shop upgrade. Place are dirty smell like death animal inside. Air conditioner not work. Place was amazing now is crap

Charging station for EV doesn’t work. It’s not possible to charge car even with own cables.

My local garage, the management are extremely helpful.

The dumbest place to fill up a truck, their truck filling pump doesn't work, the small pump only dispenses 100 liters of diesel, and the management of this gas station is very stupid.

Good selection of fuels for those who like the choice. Competitively priced considering it’s just off the motorway junction. Good selection of food & treats and overall it’s clean with a friendly staff

Stopped for a quick bite to eat and a coffee, surprise by the 3 star Hygiene rate, but I was taken back from the smell of urine around the coffee machine 🤢🤢🤢
