Absolutely fuming with this station! I have been going for years, filling up my scooter, 2 motorbikes and my car but today, the jobsworth decided to flash a sign at me, telling me to pay first! I'm on a bright pink motorbike, pink helmet and numberplate clear to see! Furthermore, if I was going to steal petrol, I'd fill up my RS, not a tank that only takes 15 quid! I wouldn't mind but a few weeks back I witnessed a staff member take £20 from a customer and he only punched in 4p in the till! So who's the theif here?!! I will never go there again!

I visited just over an hour ago to fill up with fuel and AdBlue as both were almost empty. Unfortunately I struggled to use the AdBlue pump so I asked the cashier if he could help. I wasn’t expecting him to come out onto the forecourt just some guidance on how to use it,, he refused to help in any way. I then asked if he could call a manager or another colleague who might be able to assist, but again he refused. To make matters worse he still wanted to charge me 47p for the small amount of AdBlue that had dripped out while I was trying to use the pump. Pretty sure he will add me to the drive offs list. Customer service like this is a real disappointment and reflects poorly on the business. I ended up going to Shell instead where I was able to fill up with fuel and buy AdBlue without any issues. I may only be one customer but I wonder how many others have been turned away simply because a member of staff wasn’t willing to help.

Disgusting charge for diesel 1.52 per litre it's cheaper in London and on motorway services will never use again . avoid this garage disgraceful charges for fuel

Go elsewhere honestly. There are legitimate garage's just 0.5 miles away. If there are admin errors (ie fuel card issues) with transactions, there are "resolutions" that are only seen in war movies or action films. Zero help from the cashier, who seemed somewhat confused about the whole situation. Absolutely ghetto garage. Surprised theres not a chop shop attached to the back of it. Strange that garages like this are around Halesowen.

Charged £23.00 for 5 litres of adblu. Daylight robbery. Item scanned and that’s what came up on till.. more likely to be price for 10 litres..

Listed on Royal Mail site as a drop off point, with printing facility by scanning a QR code. The printer has NEVER been working in the many months I have attempted to use this service. Today (6 Dec 2024), I attempted to drop off a parcel with a pre-printed label. Attendant took my parcel, did not scan if it offer proof of postage / receipt. I questioned this. He couldn’t figure out how to scan my parcel or give a receipt. With valuable contents in the parcel, so decided to take it elsewhere. The service is generally awful. Such a shame as I lived so close by.

Its expensive in comparison to every other petrol station in local area.

Had problem on day with fleet cards did not know how to follow no means of payment process and didn’t really know what to do about situation, won’t use BP no more after this level of training

Terrible customer service. Attendants clearly don’t want to be there. Don’t even bother asking for your points card to be scanned… They cant be bothered.
