Booked nearly two weeks in advance, having declined others, paid deposit as requested. He reached out few days before to see if I can change the date to accommodate additional sales, I understood and agreed, made changes to my work plans as a result. On the day, an hour before he texted to ask if there are any electrical outlets in my car park without it he cannot carry out any work (no care or thought given whatsoever). This was meant to be mobile valet, I assumed he had Diesel generator. Given, it’s a fundamental part of doing his work, this should have been asked but did not, waited until an hour before. Unfortunately, I would not recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable, someone that can keep to their words. No attempts were made to even come and view the car park to see if they could locate an electrical output, despite me having accommodated his requests, it was all a one way street, couldn’t even keep to his words on returning the deposit on time - wasn’t an issue for me but no concept of basic principles. I suggest, you invest in a small website with a form asking basic details and an online booking system. Since, in your own words claim to be a ‘one-man band’ and appear to struggle to balance admin/labour work.

From the first time meeting of Reece I established he was a very professional and knowledgeable young man, he came and assessed my car and advised on which services he offered and would suit my requirements. Following this an appointment was made and deposit paid Reece arrived on the dot and was straight to work! I was convinced my car looked good prior to Reece’s handy work and convinced myself I wouldn’t see much difference but how mistaken was I!! The depth of shine now and sharpness after his attention to detail is nothing short of breathtaking it looks better than the day it rolled out the showroom, Reece put 10 solid hours in to this car and I feel if I hadn’t have cleared him off he would still be at it now 🤣 Thank you for everything Reece see you soon 👍🏽

Booked Reece from exclusive detailing for single stage paint correction. Straight away was impressed with Reece's professionalism from communication prior to booking and on the day. Reece was on time and ready to start. Owned my car for 3 years and had its fair share of bad car washed and on top of that had a rear collision and the body shop absolutely destroyed the paint - swirls, faded paint etc After one session the car / paint is like back to new / showroom Have recommended reece to others.
