Dr Wash - Car Wash Glasgow

Very disappointed with the clean, had a super tango valet £24, had to wait 40 minutes to get tge valet in the meantime water stains dried up on windscreen, were not cleaned upon polish had to go back and get cleaned then when I drove away seen the front windscreen was not properly cleaned whatsoever, the boot wasn't cleaned either as per valet terms. Poor attention to detail, place used to be great but now standards have dropped severely!

Some of the workers are disgusting and creepy. Used to go there until I walked past and three of them started to wolf whistle and stare at me up and down constantly. Lost a customer. Try hiring people that respect women.

Took my car to dr wash for a car wash,the car wasnt washed properly i had to inform the guy to wash my roof,then had to tell him to wash the nearside again because he obviously thought that with my windows covered in soap i would not notice but i did the beauty of 360degrees cameras, then as the car was washed off he was using the lance one handed which when he let go of the trigger the sudden drop in pressure the nozzle of the lance bounced off my bonnet,very lucky no damage was caused,then sprays a wax on one side of the car i ask what about the rest of the car he then did the rest of the car under protest,the problem is that most of the washers are young boys and dont have a clue how to wash a car and take no pride in there job ,and when you question there work or bring it to there attention of an area missed you get a rude reply with a disgraceful attitude ,when i went when this place first opened the service and wash and attitude was excellent but now they are a disgrace,i certainly think that you charge for a service your employees are incapable of delivering and going with other recent reviews i think you need to get to grips with your staff as they are and will destroy the reputation you used to have.such a shame. If you reply to my review dont waste your time with explanations or apologies put your energy into sorting the issues out with your staff

Been using for years won’t be back, The damaged my car leaving a big scratch and wheni asked about it they said oh that was there No it wasn’t it’s less than a month old and it wasn’t there this morning when I left it. They stole my apple charging cable which costs £26 for a new one. Absolute joke

Got my car washed well it was meant to be washed, it was a quiet at the time only 2 cars in, back window still dirty one side of the car both wheels not washed same side 2 doors still dirty waste of £ 8.00.

Not as thorough as they used to be but still very good

I have been using Dr wash for a while now. Last time they didn’t polished two tyres as i used the super tango valet service and the seat were not rubbed properly i thought sometimes this happen let it be but yesterday again i went for the super tango valet service and still my car seats are like this is look washed a cleaner interior worst service and for valet you have to wait for around 30 minutes because they have only one bay for that they wasted my money my time and yet me car from inside looks like this extremely unprofessional

Sergiu and the manager gave me beat customer service and a great wash

This is now the third time I’ve faced the same issue. The overall car wash is good, but the wheels are never cleaned properly even after specifically requesting it. Brake dust and dirt are still left on the alloys. Please improve attention to detail because the rest of the wash service is actually good.

Best hand car wash i Recommend for you cars to go dr wash is amazing

Took my car in for a quick hand wash on the 15th of May thought all was good with the wash but after checking the car the following morning noticed scratches all over paint work no doubt caused by dirty sponges being used during cleaning. I had only bought the car the week previous and am 100% sure there was no scratches to the paint work prior to the wash being carried out. Also dirty streaks on passenger side door. Unacceptable in my opinion definitely wont be back. Update: Dr Wash replied claiming this is a fake review. Photo now posted showing card payment to Dr Wash to show its absolutely not a fake review.

I got my car washed here on May 2nd at 6:30 PM. I used the valet parking service. I left money in the car, and the staff took it. I feel they were dishonest. It's best if no one comes back here to get their car washed again. I get my car washed here every month, but I will never come back again.

Took my car for wash came home noticed all scratched at bonnet and a side , contacted on mobile no given they asked for details of the car and time n date i gave them and sent them photos of the damage got replied back next day saying here is our. Insurance details u can contact your insurance and get it fixed i asked if they can have a look and try to do it there self as they have specialist, and been told i would need to pay , i was reading through reviews alot of same kinda complaints , so they scratch your car deliberately so u pay to get it fixed , not recommended at all , photos of damage and screen shots of texts attached
