Speedy Hand Car Wash

I put my car there in 10/04 to get mini valet. I left it with the team and I went for him a walk with my sons. When I came to pick up I realised that the rear light is damaged and there is bend on the car. I asked the stuff how that happened and they began to deny everything. They must have hit on something and caused the damage. I asked to CCTV camera. Also apparently don’t have one, they were all trying to run from responsibility. I had to call to police who will investigate this for me. They damaged my car . Do not go there! Avoid!

They crashed my Porsche Panamera into a the wall at the car wash damaging the number plate and scuffing the bumper. Didn’t take responsibility. Never use these guys

Compare to other carwashes, this this place is definitely a 3 stars as the wash is not complete and I have dirty patches all over the car. I give a 2 stars for being in town centre and 1 star for the wash totalling 3 stars . Maybe the word "speedy" is more important than "Hand car wash" in this instance

I recently visited this car wash, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Despite charging me £25 they left my car in a terrible state. The exterior was still dirty, and the interior wasn’t cleaned properly at all. It looked like they didn’t even bother vacuuming thoroughly or wiping down surfaces. Instead of the spotless car I expected, it felt like I had wasted my time and money. When I approached the owner to politely point out the issues, he became incredibly defensive. Rather than offering a solution or redoing the job, he started shouting at me and behaving very rudely. I tried explaining that I wouldn’t have come to the car wash if my car wasn’t dirty, but he kept arguing and refused to take responsibility. What made matters worse was his complete lack of manners and disregard for customer satisfaction. He didn’t even attempt to listen to my concerns, let alone fix the problem. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. There are plenty of car washes that value their customers and do a proper job. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this one entirely—it’s not worth the stress or the money.

Avoid This Car Wash! I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. They did not clean my car properly and left it in a messy condition, despite charging me £28. When I pointed out the poor cleaning, the owner became defensive and started shouting at me instead of addressing the issue. I explained that I brought my car in because it was dirty (as anyone would), but he kept arguing and refused to listen. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, and the service was unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Save your money and take your car somewhere else where they treat customers respectfully and actually clean your vehicle properly.

Usually very good but the last time had a full valet for my wife’s Honda but not up to the usual standards, I don’t know if it’s changed ownership but the people there now were not very helpful

Be aware they charge higher price vs what is written and all cash. Wash itself was decent.
