What lovely lads! And a cracking service absolute value for money! I had my car in today for the super vallet. I had read the reviews on here before I took my car in and I was a bit worried. My car was MESS , dogs hairs everything. I kept putting off cleaning it then it was too far gone so it defos needed a professional clean. I was so happy with the results spotless inside and out. I will definitely be returning and I’ve already recommended their services to my friends and family.

If you want to wash your car yourself, don't bother going here. It's been going downhill for a while. Only one working out of the 3 machines when I went in and only got half of the car done because it stopped accepting any more coins half way through so the people behind me were told it's not working and I had to leave with my car half finished. They need to upgrade the machines desperately and add a function to pay by card, it's 2025.

The staff here are always helpful and pleasant. I think it is ridiculous I have been here for a car wash and watched the staff take abuse from people not want to wait for their turn.

Terrible service the staff very slow had full valet done they missed loads when I pointed out bits they had missed the manager was very rude avoid at all cost

Went yesterday to have my car washed. My car has been through it recently with long journeys and was no longer white. The gents were all polite and helpful and as a woman I felt at ease and welcomed, which in the past I’ve felt uncomfortable in garages. My car looks new can’t wait for my weekly car wash now.

***AVOID - RUDE STAFF*** We are a local business with a fleet of cars and would expect a local car wash to value the support of businesses in their own community. Last week I visited and was told the machine wasn’t working due to waiting on a part, so I returned this week. Normally, someone comes out with a card machine to take payment, but given the previous issue I went into reception. The staff member confirmed the machine was working and that I had to pay inside – which was fine – but the way he said it was unnecessarily rude in tone. After completing the wash, I came back shortly after with another fleet car, only to be told they were too busy working on a valet and couldn’t take more cars that day. They suggested I return at night, which is not possible as our office is closed and our branded vehicles clearly show we are a business. The attitude displayed was shocking. If your company cannot manage one valet while also running the drive-through wash, then that is a management issue that needs addressing. I was made to feel completely undervalued as a customer, which is unacceptable. I have to wonder – if any other customer had arrived, would they also have been told you were “too busy”? You’ve now lost our business. Seeing three staff working on a single valet with no other cars present, while turning away a loyal local customer, is frankly appalling.

I was a bit worried about getting a valet here because of some of the bad reviews but I was able to book online so I went for it. I also wanted to avoid some cheaper places as I'd heard that these can be a bit dodgy and places that exploit workers. The staff were really nice and I was able to pay by card. My car needed a deep clean inside as had some smells from previous owner and generally needed a good wash. They did a really good job and explained when certain marks couldn't be lifted (due to previous bad valet and age of car). They said I could come back if the bad smells returned and they'd sort it, but it seems like it's resolved. Car smells nice and clean, not overpowering perfumey either. Will probably come back for more general maintenance washes in future.

I got a £65 valet. Short of replacing my car with a new one and changing the plates I cant imagine they could have got it any cleaner really. It stank after I spilt a latte in the front and they totally got rid of the smell omg! Thanks so much!

Peter gave me advice via email before going as today was my first visit and he was so helpful and cordial. I felt that around 15 years of grime in my wheel arches were weighing down my car by at least 1 stone so he paid particular attention to those and now they're clean and clear and my car looks lovely after a supreme wash, many thanks!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash today. During the wash, they lost the screws from my front license plate. As soon as I drove out, I heard a metal scraping sound on the ground, so I stopped to check. It turned out the license plate had fallen off. What upset me the most was that none of the staff apologized. They just gave me a few random screws that didn’t even fit properly, leaving the plate loose and unsafe. Then they told me to go fix it myself at a repair shop. It was already 6 PM, and I was in a rush. I had to drive around to several repair shops, but most were closed, so I couldn’t get it fixed properly that evening. Very unprofessional service and zero responsibility. I will never come back again.

Called in earlier today after. After driving up to Dorset the car was a state, flies plastered to the front and windscreen. After going through the Rainbow car wash I can honestly say I haven't seen the exterior so clean, even the alloys are properly cleaned, which no other car wash has achieved in the past.

Paid £29 for valet car was still dirty outside and inside not hoovered properly grit etc still on floor and carpet edges waited 10 min with a child for them to attend to complaint then told no authority to do anything .go elsewhere !
