Great car wash. Good service. Good everything

We went here the weekend before Christmas. We live near it and thought it was time to give the car a decent wash, and figured it would be good to give them a go as a small business... well. £8 carwash turned into a £360 repair. They got a stone or something caught up in the sponge, and put a big white swirly scratch in my bonnet. They knew they did it too, because they kept coming back to the same spot and rubbing over it. I ended up having to have my bonnet fully repainted as the scratch was deep. I know for a fact it wasn't there before. I try and take care of my car, and there's no way I'd let a scratch like that go ignored. Also, there was still grit and dirt all along the sides of the car. I literally live around the corner from this place, so it's not like the car got dirty on the way home. I'm really dissapointed and annoyed at myself for not saying something, but I'm also upset they didn't own up to it. I'll never trust anyone to wash my car again.
