My alloys after being "washed" shockingly bad, wont be back

Unfortunately, for the mini valet, the car has not been dried well. The staff are nice. I will give it another try, Sun.

Absolutely terrible car wash with the rudest staff. Be very careful. It says wash and dry but realistically its barely a wash. They don't dry it!! They wipe it quickly leaving smear marks and a wet car then tell you they are too busy to finish the job but are quick to take the money!

Always a good wash for my campervan (2.6 m high)

Not washing properly, not shammying the car afterwards. Left streaks and spots all over the car. Done a good job with my puncture repair though. Need to get back to the wash SOP which left your car gleaming.

Do not use these guys! Twice now iv noticed scratches on my car avoid straight after a clean which i now have to pay to fix. Of course no one there take responsibility and nobody speaks any english! Avoid if you have a half decent car please avoid. Absolutely useless

Worker hit the wing mirror with his bucket and scuffed the outside of it, then just stared at me as if it was my fault 😂no apology nothing

These guys do a decent job. It’s not 5* because I feel they don’t dry you car off properly, but for the money, and if your in a hurry, they are fine. Missed them while they were being ‘renovated’ 🤣 Update - not so happy this week. Got my car washed tonight and noticed some scratches on front near side wing. It’s a big SUV and the guys need to lean over the wing to dry the bonnet. The gent who dried it had a jacket on with zips all over which have obviously marked my car pretty badly. My word against there’s so won’t be going back. Shame as I take 3 other family cars there weekly.

First time getting my car washed here, guys were great and done a thorough job

Poor result for a valet. They also managed to hoover up my auto hand brake button and the manager wasn’t really apologetic, had to call repeatedly to get them to look and then never called back. But lots of crumbs left in the car after a mini valet

If you only want half your vehicle washed, waxed and dried then this is the place for you!!! Even after asking them to rectify it they pretended not to understand me so i had to pull into the bus stop and finish it myself! They are not the cheapest and much better places are nearby. Avoid.
