IMO Car Wash

I've been a frequent visitor to this carwash for a number of years. I love it so much I now have the app and collect great discounts on bulk purchases! Karim is the main man I see in Long Eaton - he's really friendly and dedicated to the service he provides 🙌 Very satisfied customer and highly recommend 💯

I paid £10 for a diamond wax and when I came out my car was still dirty. I went to tell them and the man was very rude and told me it was nothing to do with him and that the machine was rubbish.

I paid £10 for a wash and wax and the machine broke when I was half way through, the attendant made me drive the car out over the chains causing damage to the underside of my new car. I asked him for a refund as the car was dirtier than before I went in, he got very abusive and refused a refund. I won't be using that again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want a damaged car and abuse from the staff.

Rude staff member, who tried to charge me for a more expensive wash, even though I said I didn't want it. Convenient but no other redeeming features.

Paid extra for better wash & pre wash and pulled over to wipe the windows and noticed the car was still quite dirty. Went to tell them and they were rude & said that’s what you get for that price I said you mean a dirty car , first time and last time ‼️

SUCH A POOR CAR WASH.... TUESDAY 20TH FEB 2026 ..... CANT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO JET WASH THE CAR FIRST ..... 10 POUNDS WASH.. AND THE CAR DIRTY ONCE I GOT HOME STILL. ... NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED..BUT THOUGHT GIVE THEM A CHANCE... REALLY THIS TIME I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN ... NOTHING CHANGES THERE ..SUCH A POOR CAR WAS AND LAZY ATTEND.........0/10.....

I've been here since a child and me and my mom loves it here it's the best and affordable place to get your car washed!! Would defo recommend :)

Not the best car wash,they dont clean the wheels properly and the car wash always smells dirty and doesnt dry the car as it should,have used about 3 times but no longer use

Car wash was open and the lights were on but no one was there. We waited for a while but no one came

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! BEWARE!!!! I've just been charged £100 supposedly accidentally for a car wash and then was promised my money back but never got it! These evil people are not to be trusted.

Can't complain. Gent there seemed nice enough and my car is clean so all good.

1st time using a car wash (normally do it myself) and can say pleasantly surprised. Cars lovely and clean and took matter of minutes. Only downside is it pushed one of my auto fold wing mirrors in and I had to reset it once out of the car wash. I’d happily use it again in the future. Plus I’m pretty intrigued to see how well it works on a car that needs some proper washing

Quick and easy

The first carwash where my car left the machine with remained dirt on it. Really fast for a proper wash and the drying just does nothing. I have to wash the car again.

Probably the worst of the IMO sites I’ve visited. They just don’t care at all, no matter what day you go it’s as if they aren’t getting paid to scan your QR code 😂 Rain Guard is ok but not the greatest at this carwash, it feels like the nozzles are blocked and the final drying bit makes the finish worse not better. 3 out of the 5 times I’ve been here the carwash stops, seemingly trips the breaker which is not ideal.
