Took my car there for first time. £25 gold service. Not very good...under the sills and bumpers hadn't been cleaned, water marks all over so can't have been polished. Overall, very disappointing and won't be using again. Don't waste your money!

Well I’ve been today while I was shopping and they said they are very good and I will be happy because they asked for 30 £ for a estate and I believe them. When I came back and saw the car not what I was expecting for 30£ if you can avoid do it there many places for 10 or 15 £ they will do the same job I can say.

Took my car for an exterior clean while I was shopping in Tesco. The prices were a little confusing and not clearly sign posted other than inside the employees cabin. I ended up paying for the bronze plus. Where they did clean they did a great job however I notice major areas had been missed such as the wheel trims, the door sills, front and back bumpers at their lowest point and smears has been left on the windshield. Overall very average but the price of £17 I would have expected these areas to have been cleaned.

I've been washing my cars there for the last 6 years. These guys are always very polite and provide an outstanding service. Had my partner's car washed today and again - perfect results!

Expensive and tricky charging for service

Charged me 20 pound for 15 mins washed three wheel trims out of four the letters are missing off the back of my car used my own air freshener that I bought for my house and sprayed it throughout my car, car was still dirty inside and windscreen. Disgusting service will never use you again you thieves. There will be a complaint going in and I want my money back and the letters for name of car replacing. Steer clear

Left my car to be cleaned while I shopped. They did a fabulous job inside and out.

Very excellent customer service, incredible hospitality, my car is as brand new. Would definitely recommend this car wash and they will be seeing me very often.

First of all he tried to charge me volume 4 which is 30 squid and i said 'Is that not the price for a van.' He replied I do for you 25. A4 Avant estate 2013 At that moment i should have left but the guy was already parking my car. When I come back I was initially okay with it few streaks but it was clean then I saw he scratched my leathers only went there cause it was not busy and normal guy opposite specsavers was way too busy and i was in a rush. I am advising you. No matter how convenient go to aldi instead and give your keys to them guys next store instead. I really regret not doing that.

Dropped my car off full of baked on pollen, having not been cleaned in several months. Half an hour later it looked like a brand new car again, very pleased, will be using again. Thanks guys

Missed loads of patches, a lot of the windscreen, there were still cobwebs round the boot door! Charged £30 for an ecosport because they thought it was a kuga. Couldn't say anything as a woman on my own and all those men around. Wish I'd read the reviews, literally had to do it myself again!

Very disappointed! I paid £20 for full wash when I went shopping and there were more bits missed than clean. The staff always seem too busy chatting amongst themselves to take any care over the job in hand. This is the second time I have used them and definitely the last. 👎

I recently washed the car, it wasn't washed well at all, the staff don't pay attention to details, they leave the car dirty under the wings of the cars, they don't even clean it. A bad experience because every time I thought that the first time doesn't offer quality, I don't recommend it! the rims were still dirty when they finished!

If want to come back to your car interior looking as bad as it did when it went in, then this is the car wash for you. Clueless.

Awful, paid £25 for a deep clean and a wax. Alloys were still dirty, no wax was applied and they abandoned my car over two spaces and the path on a busy Friday afternoon.

Just was there to wash my car I have a estate car and they ask me30 quid to wash my car from inside and outside it is just ridiculous!!!

Great service. Car was thoroughly cleaned to a good standard, ready in an hour. Will certainly use again.
